Have you ever wondered what feelings you have when you look at a bright red rose in the garden? Can you imagine a garden that does not have colorful flowers, but only green foliage? Early in the morning, when you see a newly opened flower in your garden, your heart is filled with joy and happiness. Each flower in the garden has a different color and hue that affects you differently. While the white lily touches your soul for its serenity, the red rose with its vibrant energy elicits a feeling of love and passion. The feeling is different because the flower is reflecting a different color and Feng Shui uses this natural magic of colors to transform your life.

A rose is red because it reflects red color, and Feng Shui makes use of this reflected energy to create a balance between yin and yang energies that suit your personality or your environment.

You may be aware of two types of energies (yin and yang) that the colors in Feng Shui represent. You can think of yin energy as being like a plant growing from the earth. It comes from the soil, raising itself upward and moving toward the sky. As yin energy moves up to the sky, it becomes diffused and dissipated. Yellow: Yellow color in Feng Shui is considered to be as auspicious as red. Yellow represents sunbeams, warmth, motion, cheerfulness and friendliness. However, according to a noted color Feng Shui consultant, prolonged exposure to large amounts of intense yellow can cause anxiety.

Orange: With a lot of yang energy, the orange color has great significance for spiritual Feng Shui practice, as it strengthens your concentration. You might use this color when your creative well runs dry. Orange color in Feng Shui is used to give you a sense of purpose. Orange is the color of organization.

The other yang colors of Feng Shui are tan/beige, brown, red, mauve, maroon and lavender and gold. Each color has its significance such as money, luck or romance. PEOPLE OFTEN ASK ME, "What are affirmations and how can I use them?" An affirmation is any statement that we make—whether positive or negative. If affirmations are used consistently, they become beliefs and will always produce results, sometimes in ways that we cannot even imagine.

I've always said, "Life is simple. What we give out, we get back." We can say out loud or think to ourselves one affirmation all day long, such as All is well, over and over and over. Or we can have a list of 20 affirmations and just say or write one each day. The number of times that we say or write an affirmation is really up to each individual.

When we concentrate on these affirmations and start to change our way of thinking, our inner voice immediately reacts to these new thoughts in one of two ways: with fear or with love. If we sense fear, then we need to say to ourselves, "Thank you for sharing. This is a thought that I'll be sending you many times, so get used to it!" It's as if our mind is a filing cabinet and these thoughts are new folders that we're placing in it.

This is the moment when you're either enjoying or not enjoying your life. What you're feeling now is creating your tomorrows. Isn't that a wonderful thing to know? You are in charge of your life!

You don't have time to waste on negative thinking because it only creates more of what you say you don't want. If you're doing positive affirmations and you're not getting the results you want, then check to see how often during the day you allow yourself to feel bad or upset. These emotions are exactly what's delaying the manifestation of your affirmations and stopping the flow of your good.

We live in an ever-expanding, unlimited Universe. The possibilities available to us are far beyond what our human minds can imagine. The only thing that ever limits us is our thinking. We waste our thoughts thinking of limitations. Our thoughts are so precious. Every thought we think is creating our future. Every thought!

Each time we think a thought that makes us feel bad in any way, it's a wasted thought. Not only have we wasted an opportunity to think a positive thought and create a great life for ourselves, we've added to the pile of negative thoughts that bring uncomfortable experiences to us.

Each thought is precious. We can learn to think in positive affirmations. Yes, it takes a bit of doing to gain control over our thoughts;however, the rewards are tremendous. The past has no power over us. Even problems have no power over us. Our power lies in the thoughts that we choose to think today. Remember, there are endless opportunities for good before us.

We can think happy thoughts. We can think positive thoughts. We can say, "Yes, I can do it!" We can think thoughts that make us feel joyous. We can learn to think only about all the good in the world. We can lift our thoughts up. We can greet the day with a smile. We can let the world know that we're happy to be alive. We can express gratitude at every turn. We can love our bodies. We can be our best friend. By our actions, we'll be an example for our children. Just by watching us, they'll learn how to create a happy and fulfilling life.

Our reward is that we get to watch day by day as our lives turn into the most joyous, loving, healthy, prosperous, fabulous experiences. And this will last for all the rest of our days on Earth. So train yourself to think thoughts that make you feel good. That way, you'll always be creating your life out of joy and in joy. Joy always brings more to be joyous about.

Affirm: I am the only thinker in my mind; and I choose to think joyous, happy, loving, positive thoughts 24/7. I love Life and Life loves me.

Being In Love

We fell in love, when we meet someone for whom we are attracted ... when we share with that person, our feelings and innermost thoughts. This feeling gives us great pleasure, until the chemistry of our body changes and occur within the few substances called
endorphins. We are happy, and walk all day in a good mood and stunned.
When we love, we feel that our partner is perfect and the most beautiful in the world. We began to love when we stop being in love. Love takes time, requires knowing and recognizing the flaws of the beloved .... need to see the good and bad of the relationship. Not to say that love is bad, the opposite is wonderful ..... however, is only the beginning.
Many people are addicted to being in love. They end their relationship, they begin to see flaws in the other person, and realize that it's not as perfect as I thought. True love is not blind. When you love someone, you can see their flaws and accept them. You can see their flaws and want to help them overcome. True love is based in reality. It's a dream that you found your Prince Charming, or your enchanted
princess.
You found a wonderful person, okay, but not perfect,
neither are you!

You found your soul mate .... but also discussed and the twins have differences. You can't love someone who doesn't love you ...... and that true love is reciprocal. We began to love not when we find a perfect person, but when we learn to see an imperfect person perfectly

Heart-powered consciousness is humanity's destination in The

Shift to the New Reality. As people continue to have experiences

of heart-centered consciousness, their everyday state of

consciousness shifts more and more into the heart-centered zone.

As detailed in my book, The Shift, there is a yin and a yang

to heart-centered consciousness. Heart-felt consciousness is

the yin or exploratory stage, and can be observed as the

phase of heart consciousness expressed, for example, by

ecological enthusiasts or "greenies." It is the pinnacle of the

first tier of human evolution.

The next step opens the way to a spiritual transformation

because the heart is a bridge between the first and spiritual

tiers of human consciousness. When a person takes that

one step further, into the yang or action-oriented phase of

heart-centered consciousness, they experience heart-powered

consciousness and gain awareness of the spiritual tier of

How to Enhance Your Spiritual Awakening

The ancient Mayan calendars show that many different

cosmic cycles converge and renew on December 21st, 2012.

Many prophecies have indicated a period of chaos and

confusion in the transition years leading up to this confluence

wholeness instead of toxic medications which only mask

the symptoms of ill health.

In a heart-centered world, people will no longer feel alone

in a crowd and communities will be built with an eye for

beauty as well as utility. People will find the work

which brings them the most joy. They will prosper,

because that is what happens to people who love their work.

It is an easy prediction to say that a better world lies

ahead, because happiness is a product of heart-powered

consciousness, and heart-powered consciousness is the

exact destination of The Shift.

Invisible Forces in Your Life

Are invisible forces guiding you in your life? Imagine an angel of God sitting on your shoulder. What do you think that angel would say? Would he or she offer constructive or destructive help?

Well, from my own personal experiences, it does appear an angel—the inner spirit of God—has been providing me constructive aid during my life. Even through extreme difficulties, that angel of God never left me. He or she has given me solace during those times and has continually steered me in the right direction to allow me to feel joy!

Maybe he or she is not on my shoulder, but that invisible force definitely is around because I have heard their voice whispering in my ear. Nothing but love and compassion comes from the voice. In addition, when I listen to the voice, good things happen!

Sometimes, it takes listening to your angel to find peace. The truth is that when you are at your lowest point, a solution to your ache may present itself to you. This was the case with me. At the time, I was isolated and in extreme pain. The prospect of living with that pain was worse than death. I began to wish that my life would end. Perhaps you have felt similar pain.

If you allow it, something incredible can happen to change your life for the better! In my situation, I heard a voice from deep within telling me that I could change directions and make my pain go away. Simple adjustments in thinking can melt away any pain. My angel was guiding me to a path of rediscovery. Death was not the answer. Because of this understanding, I have been able to change my life, ending my isolation and pain.

Hey, listening to your inner spirit can be very good! By tuning into that 'angel', I now have true joy and incredible improvement in my physical health. The fact that it worked proves that resolution is possible.

How to Protect Yourself From a Psychic Vampire

A psychic vampire is someone whose life force is weak from stress or trauma so they unconsciously drain the energy of those around them in order to feel better.

Things You'll Need:

* A sense of humor
* Patience
* Love

..Step 1: Avoid any interaction with people who have been known to drain, depress or irritate you when you are feeling ill, weak, tired or stressed. Only surround yourself with positive people until your energy is strong again.

Step 2: Give yourself permission to say no. Energy vampires will often try to "get something" from you that serves them, whether it's advice, time, money or some kind of deal that makes them happy but doesn't work for you. It's important to stand your ground and say no or you will end up feeling drained and resentful.

Step 3: Set strong boundaries. When working with an energy vampire, you may find you have to cut them off when rambling on about their personal problems or life stories. Have compassion for their situation, but at the same time stop the drama from draining you dry. Saying something like, "thank you for sharing, but I really have to get back to this" will cut the stream of energy they've attached to you and give them no "hook" to keep going on.

Step 4: Wear crystals like hematite, snowflake obsidian and black tourmaline that protect your energy field from negativity and energy vampires.

Step 5: Protect your solar plexus chakra and your heart, where most energy vampires hook into. Wear a protective crystal over your heart and cross your arms over your solar plexus when talking to energy vampires. Charge these chakras with Reiki before and after your interactions.

Step 6: If you have an encounter with a psychic vampire that has left you feeling depressed, angry or irritable ask yourself, "what is in me that feels this is serving me somehow? What am I trying to learn from this?" Often, we will find that we need to strengthen our will and personal power, set stronger boundaries, balance our schedule, receive more self-care and even detox...

..Step 7: Take a salt bath or use a salt scrub in the shower. It is important to cleanse your body and energy field after exposure from an energy vampire so you cleanse yourself from any feelings that are not loving and positive (this includes towards them).

Step 8: Ask yourself how you can help them. Sometimes saying no helps them. Sometimes ending relationships is needed to preserve your health and well-being. Sometimes referring toxic clients elsewhere to someone who is less sensitive to energy vampires is necessary. You can also speak your truth and tell them you can feel their energy field is weak and refer them to an acupuncturist, Reiki therapist or other energy specialist who can help strengthen their life force.

Step 9: Call on the Archangel Michael to place your aura in a strong blue light that serves as a barrier that will transmute any energy that is not positive that comes in your field.

Step 10: You can use your visualization to create a psychic shield around you. It can look like an actual metal shield, or a shield of mirrors sending unwanted energy back to the sender. You can also ask a spirit animal guide to protect you.

Step 11: Strengthen your own light with aura and chakra healing. Become a Reiki healer and learn how to detect weaknesses in your field that make you more vulnerable to psychic vampires.

Step 12: Remember, what hooks psychic vampires to you is your willingness to allow them take your time and energy. As soon as you feel yourself becoming uncomfortable in any way remind yourself that you deserve to feel joyful and release the connection to the person immediately by literally losing eye contact and disengaging in conversation.

Step 13: Keep your sense of humor and remain in a state of gratitude and compassion. Often people who are psychic vampires have experienced major stress and trauma and they don't even realize they are draining you and would feel terrible knowing they have! In’89 the first of the New Maps of America produced by Lori Toye were strewn on the kitchen tables and rolled for delivering a new kind of 2012 prophesy. While there are certainly plenty of potential outcomes to the 2012 prophesy, there are some that are less desirable than others.

One of the most frightening predicted Earth changes would be the polar shift 2012. The Polar shift 2012 incorporates the information that we have collected from past civilizations as well as some of the most impressive planet analysis information available and has blended it all together to create one singular prediction. The Earth is scheduled to stop rotating in its usual direction come 2012.

If you look at the places to live in 2012 that offer all kinds of protection from harm and military defense, you may very well overlook the first of the Golden Cities which is being planned now for development. The Golden Cities were originally introduced to Lori Toye in the sessions that led to her mapping skill. Now, with 2012 just around the corner, these areas that are said to be of high spiritual energy and great enlightenment are ready to undergo construction.

Modern day prophets have joined the ranks of those such as Nostradamus. Of these, two of the most common names include Lori Toye and Gordon Michael Scallion. Their predictions offer a literal picture of what tomorrow may look like, including the continual destruction of the planet and its occupants.

Lori Toye has been predicting what the world will look like in 2012, most of which has to be based on whether or not humanity will bond together or it will turn on itself. If we turn on each other we will all be left out in the cold. Literally. Yet as 2012 grows near and close with each passing day, more people are starting to give the idea of Prophecy 2012 more credit than they did even just one year ago.

Everything from our economy to our environment to our educational system suffers greatly. Perhaps removing our societal binds, destroying the value of money, and creating a human race that was more concerned with their own enlightenment would change things for the better.

It is impossible to determine whether anyone, from Nostradamus fans to Gordon Michael Scallion followers, to the works of Lori Toye and her husband have anything to do with the potential for Earth changes and prophesies 2012 until the end of 2012. Maybe we will all need to walk a more enlightened path or perhaps it won’t matter. No matter how hard we try, no one has ever been able to accurately and securely predict the future to the letter.

Earth changes and the prophesy 2012 may very well mean an end to much of today’s most brutal issues, but it might just do so without giving up the burden of knowledge, of which few people are really sure what to think. With the longevity of these predictions, it is no wonder insurance companies aren’t willing to sacrifice the company’s or the overseas companies at this time. Without instilling penalties, the “Nostradamus penalties, ” the insurance company may very well be able to remove its obligation to pay you should you survive any of the events leading up to the prophecy 2012.

Ways To Energize Your Chakras

Everyday we stimulate our chakra centers in one way or another, for example, through the different thoughts we have or physically through our senses. Daily we energize our centers, consciously or unconsciously, through various methods. Following is a list of common ways we charge our chakra centers:

Thoughts

Thought is an energy form. Science has proven a positive thought allows our energy to flow freely and unrestricted. Whereas, negative thoughts decrease energy within our body. Every thought (whether mental or emotional) is connected to a chakra. For example, a passionate thought is a red energy stimulant, but an angry thought decreases one's positive red energy flow. This means that continual angry thoughts will lower your root chakra's energy.

The Sun

This is our most important energy source. Through light all the seven color energies flow from the sun's rays to the earth. People, animals, plants, minerals, water and our chakras receive energy from the sun's light. (If you are not able to enjoy the sun for a few hours daily, add a quality full spectrum light bulb to a light source in your work area or in a lamp at home.)

Food

When the sun's rays bless all plant life, it gives the plant life/energy. Once the plant absorbs energy, the color energy that remains is the energy of that fruit, vegetable or flower. Without this energy our body could not assimilate the nutritional value of the food. Balance your chakras daily by eating foods that contain each of the seven color energies (that's why the doctor always said to eat a plate of different colored foods ... for the color value!).

Visualization

Meditation & Breathing (Yoga). Since thought is an energy form you can stimulate your chakra centers through meditation, visualization or breathing energy into your various chakra centers. By adding the color intention adds additional power from a chakra's vibration.

Gems/Minerals

Gemstones and minerals are also energy forms. For example, crystals contain a similar crystalline structure as the human body. Crystals amplify energy and can be programmed (e.g. computer chips and watches). Wearing gemstone jewelry or placing gemstones and minerals in your environment is a simple way to absorb the stone or mineral's healing vibrations.

Color Bathing

(One of my favorites!) Water is a conductor of energy and color is an energy. While lying in the colored water your body absorbs the vibrational frequency from the color. Take the time to give back to your body and soul! While bathing, balance that chakra by thinking about what you would like to achieve from that specific energy and maybe add the correlating aromatherapy oil. Do not use chemical food coloring to dye your water. I recommend Colour Bath™ by Colour Energy Corporation, as it is totally organic and therefore safe to use.

Aromatherapy

Essential oils are the pure essence of the plant or flower. Every oil has a vibration that correlates to a color. Oils contain the healing properties of herbs, flowers or plants. Use only therapeutic quality oils (inexpensive oils may contain toxins). Also never apply oils directly on your skin (dilute with a carrier oil or in a bath).

Music & Dance

Music effects us in a positive or negative way. Every musical note corresponds to a color and chakra center. Certain sounds can stimulate an emotional, mental, physical or spiritual response. E.g. Listening or dancing to primal music, such as the beating of drums, can energize your physical body and stimulate your root chakra.

Toning & Sounds

We can vocally make sounds to vibrate at the same frequency as various organs in our body. Regular toning can help keep our body's organs functioning properly. Noise pollution can be very disturbing to our environment. Surround yourself with sounds, which make you happy and productive!

Color Tonations

By shining of light through various color filters directly onto the body, the vibration of the color will be absorbed through your skin effecting the designated area.

Solarized Water

Charge water by filling a colored glass with water or by placing a colored filter in front of a glass of water and let the sun's rays kiss the water with color energy. Make sure the glass is not leaded and of a clean color hue.

Syntonics

Is the use of color through the eyes. Via our eyes color stimulates our pituitary gland, which in turn releases hormones connected to the correlating organ of the same frequency. Therapeutic eye glasses that are manufactured with various colored filters can be simply worn whenever you need a boost of a certain color or chakra energy. The nature of predictions and future probabilities

Often when a person begins to experience psychic openings, they begin

gazing into the future to discover the shape of events unfolding there.

It isn't always for one's highest good to know the future as this can

pull the attention away from the present moment.

Predicting the future is an inexact science at best. Many guides will

not give predictions. The future is only probable, for what happens is

tremendously influenced by your thoughts, beliefs and unconscious

programs. Anytime you release a belief, change a goal or develop

different expectations, you automatically change your future.

Your guides and higher self would rather assist you in setting up a

better future than to tell you what might happen. When a person asks a

guide for predictions, the guide views this as a request to help them

create a better future. When people ask their guide to predict whether

or not something will work, this indicates they have fears that it

won't. By guiding people to hold higher visions of themselves and their

potentials, a guide can assist them in creating even more than they

thought they could have. A guide can help a person become aware of their

own truths and release old patterns and beliefs so they can create what

they want.

Dreams and Mass Events

Large-scale events are easier to predict because they have energy lines

from mass consciousness that set up many months in advance. The psychic

weight of these events, the mass agreement around them and the number of

people involved make it much harder to stop or change such events.

Whereas one person can change his mind and thus change his future

easily, an event affecting many people is not usually altered by just

one person changing his mind. However, it is possible for people to

connect through their dreams and mass events can be changed if there is

enough consensus to do so.

Present-Moment Change and Future Probabilities

Change yourself and you change the future. Whenever you take a step or

make a decision, your guide is able to project it into the future in all

directions and see it as a completed act, exploring all probabilities.

They are able to assist you in seeing the outcome of your choices and

help you find appropriate paths. The guide will look at the future

you're setting up in two ways. One involves what you're intending to

create, the other involves steps you need to take to get there. It is

difficult to predict timing. It is much easier to predict whether

something will or will not happen if you remain on your present course.

If you have a very strong desire for something, if you are intent on

having it, then it will come to you eventually unless you change your

mind about wanting it. Your guide can see the degree of your intent, the

steps you're taking to get there, the clarity of your desire and many

other factors, and they can be fairly accurate in projecting if you will

get something. What you do or don't do accelerates or slows your

progress. To get something involves taking certain steps. If at any

point you delay in taking one of the steps, it may take longer to get.

Within your field of possibilities, it might appear you will get

something, but because your actions may vary, it's harder to be precise

about when you will get your desire fulfilled. The long-term future is

much more variable and difficult to predict because the number of

possibilities increases the further you get out into the future. The

number of paths you can take between now and then increases. Each

decision you make between now and then changes the ultimate outcome.

Sticks and Stones

There's an old proverb, "Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me." We all remember hearing it as children and we may have even said it a time or two when someone was being mean to us but, did it make us feel any better or stop the person from berating us again? Usually not, plus acting hurt or offended only made the situation worse. That would just lead to more insulting names with the suggestion to "… grow a thicker skin." How helpful is that? I'm betting that most of us were teased or humiliated a time or two during childhood which means, we all know what it feels like to be on the receiving end. That being the case, why then as adults do we still treat each other that way? Why do we feel the need to judge, make inappropriate comments and gossip about each other? What purpose does it serve?

As I stated earlier, somewhere along the way, we had it done to us first and so this negative behavior was learned. The ego doesn't know how to nurture or take care of itself when it is detached from Spirit. The ego only knows what it learned in childhood and so it reacts with anger and hurt in order to feel superior, gain control, and feel less vulnerable. Whatever the reason, what most people fail to realize is that when we choose to act in such a way... we're hurting ourselves even more. When we ignore Spirit and choose to feed the ego by gossiping, judging, or being spiteful, we are re-opening and deepening the pain of our past wounds. Ever hear the phrase, "What goes around comes around"?

So, how can we change our behavior and heal our past at the same time? We do this by choosing to work on ourselves first. To begin with, we need to be more aware of our own thoughts and feelings.

You have to feel it to heal it!

We need to acknowledge that we have pain and hurt inside and "feel it" without getting lost in it or identifying with it. If we identify with it, we become the victim all over again. Not only is that not healthy, it's detrimental to our Spiritual health. The role of a victim represents "weakness" and when the ego feels weak, it's compelled to feel superior again. The only way the ego can feel superior again is to "hurt and humiliate" someone else. Do you see the cycle and how it perpetuates even more pain and guilt?

If we want to break the cycle, we have to start being responsible for our own thoughts and actions first. That means practicing self-discipline in everything we do (mindfulness) . We need to make conscious choices every moment of every day and do what is best for ourselves by putting Spirit first and ego second. In order to do this, we need to "live more in the moment" and "think before we speak." It means we have an obligation to ourselves to choose whether or not to participate in gossip, negative language or criticism, by practicing mindfulness. Along with this awareness, we should also include the practice of exercising healthy boundaries with overly negative people. Remember, we teach others how to treat us by our own behavior and choices.

It's not about keeping score or the other person's failure to listen to Spirit; that's their lesson and their consequence. You can't learn it for them, nor should you try to rescue or feel sorry for them. When they are ready, willing, and able to heal, they will do the work for themselves. What matters most is…. that "you" practice mindfulness and that "you" choose to take the high road by doing what is best for you and your soul! As for that old childhood proverb… here's a newer more appropriate rendition:

Shamanic Techniques For Space Clearing

Shamanism is the foundation of Space Clearing and Feng Shui and both are very magical art forms. The sensing of subtle energies, ghosts, thought forms all take time and continual practice to become skilled at discerning what is real and what is not. Shamanic truths and techniques have been used by every culture from the prehistoric through the great classic civilizations and on through the present. There are many different techniques I employ in my work. I may work with the elements, with music and sound, with chanting and prayer. The choice of technique depends on the given situation. My mother and grandmother taught me many of these techniques and I have found them very effective for working with most energies that need to be cleared.

The Elements

Energy Shifting with Earth -

Salt has remarkable purifying properties. Salt is a crystal so it absorbs, cleanses, clears and protects. Salt is wonderful for clearing and neutralizing negative energies in a home or office. Salt cleanses the aura and is most effective for individuals when used in the bath. Salt can be used in many ways to clear a space. Salt is a valuable resource and has been used and valued by ancient people who knew of its amazing healing powers for thousands of years. It has been used as a medicine, preservative and a link to the spiritual realms.

One of the first clearing techniques taught to me by my mother was the use of salt. My father was in the Air Force and we moved about every 18 months. I recall my mother with a bowl of salt in her hands inside the moving van. She was tossing the salt about into the empty van. I asked her what she was doing. She told me that she was clearing the moving van of the energies of the people who were here before us; that this would allow us to move our things into the van without taking on the energies of the other people. I watched in amazement.

Energy Shifting with Fire -

The use of fire in the home for spiritual cleansing and dedication is one of the oldest, surest and most immediate of Energy Clearing techniques. The simple lighting of a candle with focus and intent can help to shift the energy in a room almost immediately. Fire is a catalyst between the visible and invisible worlds. It is purifying and transforming. Fire is a very powerful force. There are many different methods to incorporate the use of fire for clearing. The use of fire is especially appropriate after an argument or experiencing intense emotions: if someone has been ill, and when moving into a new house, especially if previous occupants have experienced strong negative emotions. Fire is useful for therapists after a day of clients, after a burglary or break in, after an incidence of violence and when working with spirits or ghosts.

Energy Shifting with Air -

For many centuries we have used incense to cleanse and purify space. Incense cleanses the atmosphere of negative energy and energizes the astral field and inhabitants in the space. Some of my most favorite forms of incense are a combination of the resins of Frankincense, Benzoin and Myrrh. The combination of these resins will cleanse negative energies; help with the removal of trapped earthbound spirits or ghosts and will raise the vibration of the space it is used in.

Energy Shifting with Water -

Water is childhood and innocence, healing of emotions and healing of the past. Water is excellent for clearing a room of negative emotions, as water has been long associated with emotions. It is also essential to be hydrated yourself. You will be able to perceive energy more clearly and be more effective if you are adequately hydrated.

Smudging is a ritual burning of herbs, using the smoke produced to alter the energy for oneself or another, or to cleanse the energy of a specific space. The most common herbs used in North America are sage and cedar. Most native peoples use one of the gray-green herbs for purifying and sanctifying.

Sage is associated with purity, things of the spirit and of heaven and dispels negative energy. Used to purify ceremonial objects and people, sacred smudge or sage is used throughout many cultures to purify and transform the energy of a space before meditation or ceremony. It is used as a catalyst between the known and the unknown. Sage will clear the auric field of a person, place or object of unwanted energies. Smoke is the element of air and when the sage or (smudge) is burning the smoke rises up to the heavens and takes our prayers and intentions with it to the Great Spirit. The use of Sage in the home for spiritual cleansing and dedication is one of the oldest of energy-clearing techniques.

Cedar's evergreen needles are used to purify space, for clearing and cleansing and dispelling negative energy. Another wonderful use of cedar is to make an infusion for the bath.

Energy Shifting with Sound -

Everything has a vibration, a frequency and a sound. Sound, whether audible or not, produces vibrations and will affect all people and all matter, both emotionally and physically. Different sounds affect molecules in different ways. My favorite tools to use for clearing are singing bowls and drums. Drums can both clear and invoke energy. Drums break up thick energy very quickly and are good for clearing emotions as well as clearing the room of negative energy. The drum is a balancing space clearing tool and has traditionally been used by the Native Americans to invoke the spirit realms. Another very old and widely used technique is the use of clapping one's hands in the corners of a room to clear space. Both the Druids and the Balinese use this technique.

Energy Shifting with Bells -

Clearing with bells leaves a crystal-clear energy field in a room. The quality of this energy will depend on the size of the bell, the kind of metal used in the casting of the bell and the energy and culture of the bell maker. Listen closely as you clear, the resonant note from a bell will sound much clearer and last much longer after a space clearing is complete.

Angels and Spirit Guides are Unique Too

A lot of information has been produced in recent years about angels, spirit guides and ascended masters and more and more people are calling upon them for help in dealing with the challenges of life. The information that is surfacing about these other-worldly beings is the result of intensive study into ancient texts that are thousands of years old.

Furthermore, normal people are increasingly experiencing paranormal or supernatural events as they live their daily lives. This is happening across the globe, in the lives of all sorts of different people whether they live in cities or towns, the countryside or even on the streets.

People who have personally witnessed the presence of supernatural beings or have experienced paranormal events have different educational levels, occupations and ages. They include men and women, girls and boys. Interestingly, they represent all faiths and religious groups as well as people who are not involved with any formal church or spiritual fellowship. Some of these people have explored their experiences in articles and even books.

However, the vast majority of those who have had these amazing experiences have not described them formally in writing at all. They just keep living their normal, everyday lives, but have incorporated the supernatural quietly by seeking direction from spirit guides, ascended masters and archangels.

Each of you makes up the totality of the spectrum of light; each and every one of you brings the unique expression needed to support the whole of light and evolution on this planet and universe.

What's Next - Changes, Endings, Beginnings and Opportunities

Everything will be touched by the Light. As you embrace this next alignment of light, Blue Ray, let go of everything you have carried that is not truly yours, all false images of God. This is not only occurring for you the Light Bearers, but for all of life. Feel deeply within, my beloved, I Am talking to a Master who knows the time has come. Yes it is time to be who you truly are, live it, feel it and have others see you for it. The hiding and waiting is over and, yes, you will be taken care of --- the universe will support you!!!

This is where you may once and for all release energetic patterns that have veiled your divine light. Enough light has been updated in the genetic codes and you no longer need to transmute genetic damage. You are free and this will be a process, to nurture and allow your true essence of Being.

It is time for letting go, finishing up and stepping into your unlimited potential as more light penetrates earth. Your world, governments and institutions will all be experiencing this as well. Much will fall so the light may shine.

You knew this would happen. It may not be comfortable at first only because you became accustomed to a way that is not truly who you are. If you look to your heart, you will know it is not your way. It is only something you have adapted to. You are here to be the Truth by the very fact that you exist by being your true nature.

These transitions will continue with strength into 2012 where a new alignment will be set forth. From this place, what has occurred until that point, will determine much in the next cycle of light here on Gaia.

You Learned to Distrust God and Nature

You are the way showers of the new earth; you do this by bringing your multidimensional nature into your life. It is time to put your trust fully back into your Self, God and Nature. This is divine alignment. Many of you were taught to first go outside of yourself and body to experience God. This created a disconnecting harmonic from your bodies, your sacred feminine alignment with Nature and the earth. This kept you from trusting your inner guidance, and doubt and fear crept in. Humanity as a whole became easily deceived and controlled; now all this is changing because of your light and courage.

Divine alignment or God consciousness starts with the higher feeling resonance with your inner self/body first, then higher Self, then Nature and then God/Creation; this will keep you balanced, safe and in harmony as the great purification proceeds on Gaia.

This is the foundation to receive and know God, higher light, wisdom and healing. This is when true manifesting is effortless. We will be giving you the ancient sacred technologies and tools that you once knew through these transmissions. The Mother God principle will get these tools back to you, for it's her essence that is bringing balance to Gaia.

Why Am I Here? Second Coming of Christ

You came to Gaia, for to send another created messiah or teacher would cause too much in the way of creating the same result as to follow that teacher or being. And yet the Christ seed was planted here on Gaia in the hearts of mankind a long time ago. First with Krishna and then with Christ which has brought us to the second stage of the plane of Light. This is also referred to as the second coming of Christ, the new man of light, the "embodiment of God", and activation of your "divine original blue print".

Christ was a part of the Blue Ray mission as well as Krishna. Krishna was from the Blue Ray and the central core. Krishna's color is actually blue and He is depicted playing a musical instrument. When you see Krishna playing the flute, he is actually playing in tune with the rhythms of Creation, bringing harmony into all life.

Krishna planted the seeds into the genetic code of humanity from an ascended race to increase the capacity of God consciousness. In those times this is how it was done. It was in complete alignment with God/Creation and the highest Counsels of Light.

Becoming Light

In the language of light, and with the understanding that life is filled with the mystery of seen and unseen worlds, 'alignment' is a practice which allows us to participate in the greater life of the spiritual universe by reaching toward the higher dimensions of light and by bringing light through from these dimensions into the physical reality in which we live. As we do this, we become more able to commune with God's love, light, and truth and more able to experience ourselves in the larger context of the soul. Alignment creates a bridge between the purely spiritual part of our being and the physical. What is transmitted in the way of light along this bridge depends upon how clear we are in our energy, how much we have become able to free ourselves of both inner and outer darkness, and how open and desiring we are to become an instrument of divine Will and Intention.

A central part of the practice of alignment has to do with the breath. It is based on the understanding that breath is more than the taking in of physical air in order to bring oxygen to our blood and lungs. Breath is that, but it is also the carrier of light, and in that sense it is a sacred messenger which can infuse us with light, restoring and rejuvenating the body, heart, and mind when we need it, and maintaining us in a physical- spiritual equilibrium at all times. This kind of equilibrium is something we know little of today. However, as the body becomes increasingly capable of holding light, it will be understood that the spiritual-&# 8203;physical equilibrium that is maintained by the practice of alignment is how we are meant to live on the earth. It creates within us, the possibility for experiencing ourselves as sacred beings and for bringing to humanity and to each other the same truth.

The practice of alignment is less a technique than a way of being; less a tool, than a form of prayer. In essence it asks God and the higher realms to bring us into accordance with higher Will and sacred Intention so that we can serve the purpose of our soul and of Divine intentionality – the purpose for which we came to the earth. Each breath that we take can be the expression of this prayer – God, make me an instrument of Thy will. Each breath can also be in service to the earth so that we become able, as children of God, to bring to others and to the planet, that which will help it heal and that which will bring it more fully into the realms of love and light.

Where negative or discordant energies in the past may have entered the physical structure of our body, causing symptoms and areas of discomfort of various kinds, alignment with light and with Divine intention also opens us further to healing on the physical plane. It erases any negative or fearful energy that we carry before it has a chance to become embedded in our physical or emotional being, preserving health, and preventing symptoms from occurring. Today, this whole process is being made much easier by the greater presence of light on earth, and any person who seeks a way of expanding their awareness will find it easier to do than it would have been at any time in the past.

Though darkness upon the earth is affecting the lives of a great many today, with a great cost in sorrow and in human suffering, in the midst of this a new reality is being born. This new and sacred reality is asking us whether we are ready to step out of all previous identities we have held and that others have held for us, so that in the presence of greater light we can discover something that is more real about ourselves than we have known, and something that is more central to our hearts than we would have suspected.

'Alignment' is a practice which allows us to participate in the greater life of the spiritual universe by reaching toward the higher dimensions of light and by bringing light through from these dimensions into the physical reality in which we live. As we do this, we become more able to commune with God's love, light, and truth, and more able to experience ourselves in the larger context of the soul that we are.

A Journey Of Circles

Becoming masters of our own spiritual destiny requires just that - that we be masters. This means moving our consciousness more and more in the direction of listening to our own inner voice, developing our psychic senses, knowledge and wisdom - all the faculties that provide us with the ability to make our own choices. It's about being responsible for our own choices, progress, knowledge and intuiting. It means being in control of seeking.

It's important to differentiate between learning and acknowledging teachers and placing all our faith in teachers and outside knowledge. It needs to be remembered that all beings have their own path and even when this path is one of teaching and sharing knowledge, it is expressed in a particular way that is specific to that being's own journey. Tools and techniques can be given and knowledge can be imparted on how to integrate information, however the feeling of it must be done and experienced ourselves.

Furthermore it is the actual process of learning to trust our own power and wisdom that opens the way for communication and a relationship with our true self. During this process we develop the ability to listen and speak, mutual trust born from learning to give and take and understanding and respect.

For a "teacher" to transcend their own ego's need for adoration from students they must recognize that a "student" is only passing through. In this the teacher gains the opportunity to confront their own ego at the juncture where it is most powerful and in moving through the illusion of this power they find real empowerment.

At the same time as the student learns that no teacher or being can bring them liberation if they do not take the steps themselves, the teacher is also learning that no student or being can bring them power if they do not realize this power themselves. This journey of learning is a weaving and twisting, shape shifting movement of mind, body and spirit that at its depths reveals the true teacher which is always within ourselves. In looking for the lessons in every moment and place we follow the leads, the flows and spaces and find this inner teacher. For a time consciousness makes sense. Then it is lost as a new expansion occurs and the grasping mind recognizes that the unknown has met what was for a time familiar.

Stretching the mind once again we come to know the unknown intimately and once again there is integration. This weave of chaos becoming order then back again is a gift that allows us to understand the real essence of integration, unity and connectedness. The journey at times may seem infinite, but realization occurs to the one taking the journey, not the journey itself. As our consciousness learns to see itself, it begins to understand that each step has removed a thread of division that separates perception from truth. The journey has come full circle

How To Increase Focus

Focus is the single defining attribute that will manifest ideas and dreams into reality.

Focus gives us sustained action to produce results. It allows us to move towards our goal or destination regardless of doubt, fear or external distraction. Focus is the strength to persist, the key to transforming lack of discipline into discipline. It is the "secret" to success in any area.

Without focus positive thinking will never work, ideas will never be created, conscious change will never take place.

Without focus real manifestation never gets beyond moments of inspiration. Dreams remain dreams.

Awareness is knowing where we want to go. Focus is the engine that brings us to our destination.

Focus whether used for physical or mental experience is a trait of the mind - and so it is here where it is developed and trained

.

Through practice we learn to deepen our focus as well as lengthen the amount of time that we can maintain it.

I've outlined two methods below. They are basic and yet will if practiced regularly will bring mastery to the mind.

1. Breathe deeply into your lower abdomen allowing your mind as much as possible to "be with" the breath. Imagine your breath being infused with focused energy as it flow in and filling your body as you exhale with clear, focus.

2. Allow your breath to be natural and simply observe the rise and fall of your abdomen and front torso area as you breathe. Do nothing except maintain awareness.

The first technique is "active" in that you are consciously directing energy to your body and mind - it is a "doing" method.

The second technique is "receptive" in that you are "listening" or "observing" the breath doing what it normally, naturally does. It is a "being" method.

Most people who practice this technique will find that within seconds their minds will wander. This is the training ground for learning to bring the mind back to the object of focus, in this case the breath. If we whip the mind back to the object over time we will create resentment and tension. It is far more effective to simply favor the object of focus. There is a balance between relaxing too much that the mind drifts away and using just the right amount of concentration. As with all things practice will refine your understanding of what works best for you.

I suggest practicing the first method for a given amount of time then shifting to the second method for the same time. The active method helps to bring energy into the body, the receptive method helps to let the body adapt and make focus and observation natural.

Regular practice will bring results. Even 1 minute a day in the beginning is better than nothing. It is also better to practice every day than doing 1 long session a week. Regularity helps the body and mind adapt easier. Whatever you do, 1 minute or 1 hour - do your best to give 100% to the time you allocate.

These simple techniques will over the weeks and months bring an enormous amount of depth to the rest of the concepts discussed on this site, but this insight will only be forthcoming with regular practice.

These methods are what will make positive thinking work. They are the engine behind emotional mastery and neurological remapping. They are the foundation of any spiritual exploration and higher consciousness development.

The Three Stages Of Enlightenment

Spiritual enlightenment is the fundamental goal of most spiritual practices that you undertake. Enlightenment marks the culminating point of your practice you feel unity of soul with everything, all the mental and physical engagements are left aside. Spiritual enlightenment is the possession of highly evolved souls. Spiritual masters from all over the world experience spiritual enlightenment, and help others on there own paths. Spiritual enlightenment is often categorized into levels for practical purposes. The highest stage of spiritual enlightenment marks the attainment of unity with God or being one with everything. But can still there are certain levels through which the individual needs to evolve. In a similar way that man has evolved from more primitive animals, the human concisiness or soul also evolves. For our practical purpose, put them in stages and analyze the state of being in each stage:

The first stage of spiritual enlightenment

At the very first level of enlightenment, the individual starts experiencing reality as it is. It means that your mind ceases to interfere with what you are experiencing. We are engaged in continuous talk, gossip, analyzing the environment around us, planning about future, or worrying about the past. When you are in a state of spiritual enlightenment you are completely in the present moment. You stop judging and labeling the world. Your mind is calm, quite and still. You are very awake, and aware of the current moment right now.

The second stage of spiritual enlightenment

At the second stage of enlightenment, you feel apart of yourself in everything around you. You feel a connection with every object and individual in the world. The borders between yourself and the world around you dissipate. Your soul begins to merge with Supreme Soul. You feel that you are not individual anymore and not separate from anything. You feel that you are in everything and everything is just a part of the Supreme Soul from where you also have emerged. Many people describe this feelings of completeness and love.

The third stage of spiritual enlightenment

The third stage of enlightenment, you no longer feel connected to everything but realize you are everything. You the experience the oneness of God and are not separate from anything in the universe. This stage of enlightenment is a direct experience of oneness. Spiritual enlightenment is the fruit that sets you free, as you lose all wants and wishes to receive the fruits of your actions. You feel the bliss of completeness and true love. At first it gives you the feeling that you need "Light". At the next stage, you feel that you are merging in "Light". And in the final stage you and the "Light" are one.

You Are Intuitive By Nature

You couldn't stop being intuitive, even if you tried. Intuition is intrinsic to who you are and to how you relate to the world. It never turns off and it will never leave you. Whether you choose to listen and respond to your intuition is another matter entirely.

Let's widen the expanse of our visioning here and digress for a moment to consider what happens when you go to sleep every night. Researchers tell us we go into deep sleep, right down into unconsciousness. ., for at least a couple of hours every night. This is when our spirit reconnects to its cosmic energy Source; it refuels, as it were, to sustain the body for the dramas and experiences of the next day.

This time of spiritual recuperation is necessary for survival. Our physical body simply cannot feed our higher `bodies' – emotional, mental, etheric and higher spiritual; the lesser cannot support the greater without extra assistance. Sleep deprivation is one of the most debilitating experiences one can undergo, because the structure of our castle begins to crumble when it is starved of the living substance it must receive during deep sleep.

But what happens to the build-up of this finer energy food during our waking hours? We burn it up. Just as a motor burns gas, our bodies expend these higher energies as we use our mechanical, physical body, our brain, thoughts, emotions and spiritual longings. These last can draw more heavily on our limited energy supplies than any other practise.

So can we have access to this higher energy during our waking state? Absolutely. This is the process allowed and fostered by expanding your awareness; your self consciousness; the appreciation that you are a spiritual being experiencing physicality.

When you remember you are this spiritual being, you reconnect to the flow of life force energy. So what has all this to do with intuition? Well, intuition is a direct way your higher spirit connects with you when you go about your daily life.

Your higher self inspires you through feeling and emotion, through intuition. Your intuition sends you energy impulses that offer inner guidance and clarity in the course of daily living.

You can develop your recognition of these intuitive impulses simply by following their guidance without analysing them with your rational mind. They are of a different order than that of rational thought. They come from a much finer energy vibration, a spiritual essence vibration barely perceptible feeling, and scarcely ever by thought processing.

Intuition communicates through feeling and emotion, not the mind or thoughts. Tuning into your intuition is a skill we can all learn and develop. Simply allow yourself to be in a state of relaxed allowing and see the miracles happen!

You will begin to notice synchronicities. .; you will `relate' to other people and know what makes them tick. You will recognize a kindred spirit. You will be able to tune into another's energy and send healing and love. You will begin to see events that are seemingly from the past or the future, even though time is an illusion and there is no time other than this moment. In all these ways and many more, you will be tuning to your intuition and following its inner promptings.

Spirit can never abandon us to only physical expression, because we are spiritual in essence. The great joke of the universe is that though we are spirit, we forget who we are and live our lives in the illusion that we are our body and mind, when, in fact we are spirit playing the game of living in the holodeck of daily life in a physical body.

Listen to your intuition and follow its gentle persuasion. Trust the intuitive information you get when it comes. Keep your connection to your inner spirit open and flowing; it is one of life's greatest joys and deepest mysteries.

We are attempting to become Masters, to become enlightened and
empowered. All of us are at different steps on the staircase, or at
different paces down the road. But we are beginning the journey and
doing well!

We must continue to grow if we are to succeed and truly become Masters
of Light. As we become a Master, we are able to help humanity. The three
most important stages of Enlightenment are to know your Self, perfect
your Self, and Empower Others.

Know Your Self

As a potential Master you must know yourself. If you believe you are
greater than you are, then you become arrogant and vain! Or if you
believe you are lesser than you are, you cannot help and teach others.
You need to become an independent observer of your behavior. You must
step outside of your Self. Begin to look at yourself objectively to see
your faults and virtues. Increase the virtues within you and work on
changing the faults!

Many people believe that it is loveable to have a few faults. They may
think it is alright to be a little lazy or a little impatient. But if
these same qualities were in a Master, you would be very critical of
this! You would not like a Master to be arrogant, vain, selfish, lazy,
or to anger easily. And if you to are to become a Master of Light, then
you need to begin to truly look at your Self. Begin the process of
perfecting your Self.

Perfect Your Self

Perhaps you will not gain 100% perfection in this Life, but you can
certainly begin the process! Be courageous enough to truly look at your
faults and see how you stop the Light from coming in. Think of yourself
as a mighty Lighthouse. A Lighthouse protects little ships at sea from
crashing on the rocks.

There they stand, mighty and proud, with a beautiful Light within. But
if the windows of the Lighthouse are covered with debris, then the Light
cannot shine out! And this is the same with you. Look at your faults and
work on them. Shine your windows and then your own Inner Light can save
others from crashing on the rocks! Begin to be kinder, more humble, but
at the same time use the strength within you to work toward the Light.
Become a source of unconditional love. If you can see patterns in your
life that have been destructive in the past, reach deep within and
change them. In the future you can teach others how to release
themselves from these patterns.

Examine your body, mind, and soul. Work on all three areas to perfect
yourself. Begin the process, for this is why you have incarnated! So
that you can perfect yourselves on all levels.

Empower Others

By empowering others, you empower yourself. By teaching others, you
teach yourself. By healing and counseling others, you heal and counsel
yourself. This work is done out of unconditional love. As others become
full of Light, your Light increases, too. But you cannot empower others
if you do not know yourself. Start to perfect your inner Being. Your
light will radiate as you begin to teach from the heart!

Paramahansa Yogananda

In the hundred years since the birth of Paramahansa Yogananda, this beloved world teacher has come to be recognized as one of the greatest emissaries to the West of India's ancient wisdom. His life and teachings continue to be a source of light and inspiration to people of all races, cultures and creeds.

Paramahansa Yogananda was born Mukunda Lal Ghosh on January 5, 1893, in Gorakhpur, India, into a devout and well-to-do Bengali family. From his earliest years, it was evident to those around him that the depth of his awareness and experience of the spiritual was far beyond the ordinary. In his youth he sought out many of India's sages and saints, hoping to find an illumined teacher to guide him in his spiritual quest.
It was in 1910, at the age of 17, that he met and became a disciple of the revered Swami Sri Yukteswar Giri. In the hermitage of this great master of Yoga he spent the better part of the next ten years, receiving Sri Yukteswar's strict but loving spiritual discipline. After he graduated from Calcutta University in 1915, he took formal vows as a monk of India's venerable monastic Swami Order, at which time he received the name Yogananda (signifying bliss, ananda, through divine union, yoga). His ardent desire to consecrate his life to the love and service of God thus found fulfillment.

Yogananda began his life's work with the founding, in 1917, of a "how-to-live" school for boys, where modern educational methods were combined with yoga training and instruction in spiritual ideals. Visiting the school a few years later, Mahatma Gandhi wrote: "This institution has deeply impressed my mind."
In 1920, Yogananda was invited to serve as India's delegate to an international congress of religious leaders convening in Boston. His address to the congress, on "The Science of Religion," was enthusiastically received. That same year he founded Self-Realization Fellowship to disseminate worldwide his teachings on India's ancient science and philosophy of Yoga and its time-honored tradition of meditation.
For the next several years, he lectured and taught on the East coast and in 1924 embarked on a cross-continental speaking tour. The following year, he established in Los Angeles an international headquarters for Self-Realization Fellowship, which became the spiritual and administrative heart of his growing work.

Over the next decade, Yogananda traveled and lectured widely, speaking to capacity audiences in many of the largest auditoriums in the country -- from New York's Carnegie Hall to the Los Angeles Philharmonic. The Los Angeles Times reported: "The Philharmonic Auditorium presents the extraordinary spectacle of thousands....being turned away an hour before the advertised opening of a lecture with the 3000-seat hall filled to its utmost capacity."
Yogananda emphasized the underlying unity of the world's great religions, and taught universally applicable methods for attaining direct personal experience of God. To serious students of his teachings he introduced the soul-awakening techniques of Kriya Yoga, a sacred spiritual science originating millenniums ago in India, which had been lost in the Dark Ages and revived in modern times by his lineage of enlightened masters.
Among those who became his students were many prominent figures in science, business, and the arts, including horticulturist Luther Burbank, operatic soprano Amelita Galli-Curci, George Eastman (inventor of the Kodak camera), poet Edwin Markham, and symphony conductor Leopold Stokowski. In 1927, he was officially received at the White House by President Calvin Coolidge, who had become interested in the newspaper reports of his activities.

In 1935, Yogananda began an 18-month tour of Europe and India. During his yearlong sojourn in his native land, he spoke in cities throughout the subcontinent and enjoyed meetings with Mahatma Gandhi (who requested initiation in Kriya Yoga), Nobel-prize-winning physicist Sir C. V. Raman, and some of India's renowned spiritual figures, including Sri Ramana Maharshi and Anandamoyi Ma. It was during this year also that his guru, Swami Sri Yukteswar, bestowed on him India's highest spiritual title, paramahansa. Literally supreme swan (a symbol of spiritual discrimination), the title signifies one who manifests the supreme state of unbroken communion with God.

During the 1930s, Paramahansa Yogananda began to withdraw somewhat from his nationwide public lecturing so as to devote himself to the writings that would carry his message to future generations, and to building an enduring foundation for the spiritual and humanitarian work of Self-Realization Fellowship (known in India as Yogoda Satsanga Society of India).
Under his direction, the personal guidance and instruction that he had given to students of his classes was arranged into a comprehensive series of Self-Realization Fellowship Lessons for home study.
Yogananda's life story, Autobiography of a Yogi, was published in 1946 and expanded by him in subsequent editions. A perennial best seller, the book has been in continuous publication since it first appeared and has been translated into 18 languages. It is widely regarded as a modern spiritual classic.
On March 7, 1952, Paramahansa Yogananda entered mahasamadhi, a God-illumined master's conscious exit from the body at the time of physical death. His passing was marked by an extraordinary phenomenon. A notarized statement signed by the Director of Forest Lawn Memorial-Park testified: "No physical disintegration was visible in his body even twenty days after death....This state of perfect preservation of a body is, so far as we know from mortuary annals, an unparalleled one....Yogananda's body was apparently in a phenomenal state of immutability."
On the occasion of the twenty-fifth anniversary of Paramahansa Yogananda's passing, his far-reaching contributions to the spiritual upliftment of humanity were given formal recognition by the Government of India. A special commemorative stamp was issued in his honor, together with a tribute that read, in part:
"The ideal of love for God and service to humanity found full expression in the life of Paramahansa Yogananda....Though the major part of his life was spent outside India, still he takes his place among our great saints. His work continues to grow and shine ever more brightly, drawing people everywhere on the path of the pilgrimage of the Spirit."

Ascended Masters

Much has been written about the Ascended Masters. They are consider to be spirits that have incarnated on Earth, like all of us, but have learned the lessons of the Earth plane, transmuted all fear, and ascended into spirit. They have removed themselves out of the karmic cycles that keep most of us here. They have gone through the struggles of Earth and transmuted it into heaven. Many of these masters are well known such as Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Saint Germain, Moses, and many more. They are the prophets and saints of their times.
An important awareness to have about these masters is that they worked to uplift others. Even after they transcended out of the physical world, they remain in spirit and creating physical forms when necessary to assist humanity in its path towards ascension. Many of these masters are still here working with people to help them move into an ascended state of love. The masters take many forms to help us on Earth. I was once gifted the experience of fully experiencing a master. I have had a strong connection with the propet Elijah. At one time when doing some healing & meditation work he appeared in such power and radiant love that it was beyond anything I had experienced in the physical world. The unconditional love that radiated from him opening each and every cell of mine to the divine. Even as I write this I can still feel his presence. The masters are truly here to help in whatever ways they can. The masters can offer us many gifts such as healing, wisdom, clarity, and many other miracles.
Perhaps one of the greatest miracles they offer us is a point to envision ourselves. Within each of us is an ascended master. We all have that potential within us. This is a common teaching amongst all the masters, in all cultures and times. That “even greater miracles than these, ye can do also” was said by the master Jesus, tells us that that level of understanding is within each of us. The masters are not to be worshipped, but to be worked with to help us realize the Master within us. They have shown us it can be done and how to do it. Often in life we come to a challenge where we are unsure if it is possible to overcome. Then we see someone else overcome it with the same, or even less resources than we have. They offer us the gift of knowing that we can also accomplish it.
The Ascended Masters are an expression of spirit showing us an ideal that we are to become. Not that we are to be exactly like any of these masters, for each one of us is a completely unique expression of the Divine. All paths lead to the love and understanding of the one spirit. These masters have shown us that this is true, and we must only but follow our spiritual path to realize and awaken to the Ascended Master within us.

The ascended masters desire that we understand the ultimate importance of using the violet transmuting flame daily in order to change our negative returning karma into positive good karma and attain oneness with our Higher Self. 7. How many violet flame invocations do I need to give every day to effectively transmute karma?
When you first begin to use the violet flame you can start with 5 minutes of mantras daily and then work up to 15 minutes a day for best results. At first, 15 minutes may seem like an eternity because the mantras are new and you have to read the words. You may find it difficult to stay focused. However, if you stay with it, before you know it 15 minutes will have gone by and you will find that you have memorized the words to the decree and are able to even visualize the violet flame while giving the mantras.

The qualities of the violet flame are freedom, alchemy, justice, joy, forgiveness and mercy. The Cosmic Being Omri-Tas gave to us one of the most important dispensations. Did you know that the founders of the Great White Brotherhood came form Venus and that many of the branches of the GWB around the planet were founded by spiritual adepts associated with the serpent?

I came to that startling realization some years ago during a journey to Peru. In Peru I had the good fortune to meet a Peruvian wise man, Anton Ponce de Leon Paiva and become initiated into his esoteric organization, the Brotherhood of the Sun, an Andean branch of the Great White Brotherhood. Anton was asked to found this organization by sages or Elders living in a hidden village within the Andes.

The Elders are direct descendants of the Incas and high priests of the Incan Empire and have lived in the secret village since the downfall of that illustrious civilization. Anton's blind-folded journey to the hidden village and the Elders he encountered there is recounted in his books The Wisdom of the Ancient ONE and In Search of the Wise ONE. Once at the hidden village, Anton was initiated into the Intic Churincuna, the Solar Brotherhood, which had existed since the time of Lemuria, the legendary continent of the Pacific, which is now mostly at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean.

The Solar Brotherhood was the first manifestation of the "Great White Brotherhood" on Earth (you will find that all ancient civilizations were Sun worshippers and that the early adepts established headquarters associated with the Sun, such as Heliopolis in Egypt).

The Solar Brotherhood was first brought to Earth from Venus by adepts known as the Kumaras, a name which has the meaning of "androgenous Serpents." You can find references to the Kumaras in the Hindu Puranas where they are described as being the first teachers of Yoga on the planet.

Current branches of the Great White Brotherhood throughout the globe, such as the Theosophists and the Summit Lighthouse, refer to the Kumaras as their beloved founders. These organizations also claim that one Kumara, Sanat Kumara, has remained on Earth for thousands of years to oversee the workings of the GWB from Shamballa, his headquarters in the Gobi Desert. During his week-long stay at the hidden village, Anton learned from the Elders that the Intic Churincuna was brought to the Andes by a Lemurian sage called Aramu or Amaru (the Serpent), Muru. Apparently there had been a special convocation on Lemuria just before the continent's fabled destruction and Aramu Muru and other "Serpents" were elected to take the records and power objects of the Kumara/Solar Brotherhood to various parts of the world.

Those who later became the Nagas (Serpents in Sanscrit) in India, the Lung Dragons of China, and the Amarus in Peru, were elected to take the ancient wisdom to their respective countries. Later, a similar convocation would occur on Atlantis with certain serpent masters of that land chosen to take the Atlantean records and teachings to the pan-Atlantic territories.

These missionary Serpents became known as:
the Quetzlcoatls or Kukulcans in Mexico
the Djedhi (the "Stable Serpents") of Egypt
the Druid Adders of Britain
the Dactyloi of Greece
It is interesting to note that wherever the Lemurian or Atlantean serpents established branches of the GWB they built temples aligned with Venus and the planet itself became associated with saviors and immortals.

The immortal Osiris of Egypt, the savior Queztlcoatl of Mexico, and the World Teacher Jesus Christ, were intimately associated with Venus.
When Aramu Muru finally arrived in the Andes, he established both the Solar Brotherhood, as well as the Brotherhood of the Seven Rays, thereby grounding the infinite light of the Solar Spirit in his new land.

The headquarters of the Brotherhood of the Seven Rays became A hidden monastery in the Andes, the Monastery of the Seven Rays, was built as the heaquarters of the Brotherhood of the Seven Rays and served as both a storehouse for Lemurian power objects and as a school for the dispensation of the sacred Lemurian teachings.

In recent times proof of the existence of the Monastery of the Seven Rays has come from a small group who traveled to the monastery in the 1960s. George Hunt Williamson (Brother Philip), author of Secret of the Andes, later interviewed the members of this party to write his book about the abbey.

One women of the group, Sister Thedra, spent five years at the abbey undergoing intensive spiritual training and initiations.

She had been sent there by Jesus Christ who had physically appeared to her and spontaneously cured her of cancer. He introduced himself to her by his true, esoteric name, "Sananda Kumara," thereby revealing his affiliation with the Venusian founders of the Great White and Solar Brotherhoods.

When Thedra eventually left Peru, she traveled to Mt. Shasta in California and founded the Association of Sananda and Sanat Kumara. Through the work of Sister Thedra (animation left) and her organization the Kumaras have disseminated information concerning their history and the coming Earth changes. But back to the story... Eventually Aramu Muru became the first priest king of the Incas and was thereafter known among his adopted people as Manco Kapac. Ka-pac means "spiritually wealthy" or "Serpent Wisdom" (many of the great Serpents of the GWB have denoted their serpent wisdom by including the K sound in their names, such as Kumara, Christ (pronounced Krist), Krishna, Kukulcan).

Following his coronation, Manco Kapac took one of the power objects stored within the Monastery of the Seven Rays, the great Solar Disc, and hung it within the main temple of the Incas, the Intiwasi, which was built in Cuzco, Peru.

This Solar Disc had previously hung within an important temple of the Solar Brotherhood on Lemuria and was an important symbol of the organization. By hanging it within the Intiwasi, Manco officially established the Solar Brotherhood in Peru. Later, when the Spanish invaded Peru, the Solar Disc was returned to the Monastery of the Seven Rays for safekeeping. Before and after building the city of Cusco, capital of the Incan Empire, Manco Kapac and the Kapac Cuna, members of the Solar Brotherhood from Lemuria who arrived in the Andes at about the same time Aramu did, built many megalithic temples in Peru, such as those at Tiahuanaco, Sacsayhuaman, Ollantaytambo, and Machu Picchu. These became contact points for visiting Venusians and members of the Solar and Great White Brotherhoods on Earth. The wisdom of the Solar Brotherhood was eventually passed down through the lineages of Inca priest kings and high priests of Peru. Throughout their history, the Incan kings were always associated with the serpent and wore bracelets and anklets of slithering serpents to reveal their affiliation. Some monarchs included the Quechuan name for serpent, Amaru, within their royal titles, such as the Inca Tupac Amaru. Before the complete destruction of the Incas by the Spanish, the high priests of the Incan Solar Brotherhood escaped to a hidden village in the Andes where they carefully preserved the wisdom of their ancient organization. For many years this wisdom was kept secret until Anton was invited to visit.

He was instructed to take the history and teachings of the Solar Brotherhood into the outer world and found an extension or "outer retreat" of the organization.

This outer retreat, now known as Samana Wasi, became located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. It is both the headquarters of the Brotherhood of the Sun as well as a home for abandoned children and old people. Currently the Elders of the hidden village are in close contact with many of the planetary and galactic brotherhoods on Earth and throughout the universe.

A generic meaning of Ritual
From the esoteric-initiatic point of view the Ritual is a Magic Action which put in contact the human being with the Universe and all the inner and outer Forces and Intelligences that – at different levels – create all the natural, energetic, subtle and spiritual ecosystems of all the Dimensions, Spaces, Times and beyond.
Every Ritual is a coordinated whole of gestures, formulas, thoughts and actions which allow to act on all the different physical, psychical and spiritual plains of the reality.
The power of the Ritual is proportional to the operator’s level of conscience, the will-knowledge-energy that are invested and the stratification in Time and in the Collective Mind. The Ritual goes beyond the space-time in which it is officiated and allows joining archetypal primeval collective - human and divine - energies.

Within this context, Ascension is an acceleration of the spiritual evolution process - which began together with the so-called Age of Aquarius -, involving at different levels all the beings populating our planet*.
The aim of the ascension process is to gradually transcend the frontiers created by the identification with our physical vehicles (our body and material plain of existence) through the development of our self-awareness, so to access levels of reality where our True Self will be able to express itself in a lesser restrictive way.
In other words, it is the pathway towards a new evolutionary stage of the consciousness of the human being and of the Earth as a physical and spiritual living creature. This stage is called “fifth dimension” and it is not strictly related with the material and physical expression we currently perceive but closer to the last aim of spiritual evolution: the spiritualization of the matter.
Actually the concept of ascension is not something new since from always the esoteric traditions have been considering the evolution through progressive evolutionary cycles and dimensional leaps.

The Grail

The Grail

From the magic point of view, the Grail is a very high concept, undefinable and indescribable in its essence. We can only say what the Grail is not. In any case, we can imagine it as an inexhaustible reservoir of divine energies. However the Grail is a Force which cannot be identified as only one container, it passes through some objects, just as the soul goes through the body.

This Force exists objectively - even though it is also a symbol that an individual can carry - and at certain moments can be “ hosted ”.

The Grail exists physically even though its form is mutable. The “ cup ” is its archetype but changes its form according to different situations, conditions and time.

The identification of the Grail with the container of the blood of Christ's passion is a symbol of the energy that purified the world through the sacrifice of Christ. The Grail is bound up with this image, but it is more ancient than Christianity. It is a part of a specific knowledge used by ancient civilisations, even by the antecedents of the Egyptians.

It's like a metre, and it is also a key that allows us to transmute one energy into another.
The contact with this Force is necessary for all the theurgical operations.

The Grail is not an evocable Force, but it makes its way towards the most pure aspects of the Being. This topic cannot be deepened in this simple introductory essay.

The Origin of the Brotherhood of the Seven Rays.
Lemuria is the name for the last part of the great pacific continent of Mu. The actual destruction of Mu and its submergence began before 30,000 BC This action continued for many thousands of years until the final portion of old Mu known as Lemuria was also submerged in a series of new disasters that were terminated between 10,000 and 12,000 BC This occurred just prior to the destruction of Poseidonis, the last remnant of the Atlantic continent, Atlantis. Lord Amaru-Muru(God Meru) was one of the great Lemurian sages and the Keeper of the Scrolls during the last days of doomed Mu.
It was well known to the masters of Lemuria that the final catastrophe would cause gigantic tidal waves to take the last of there land down into the angry sea and oblivion. Those working on the Left Hand Path continued diabolic experiments and heeded not 'the handwriting on the wall,'
The Masters and Saints working on the Right Hand Path began to collect the precious records and documents from the Libraries of Lemuria. Each Master was chosen by the Council of the Great White Hierarchy to go to a different section of the world, where, in safety, he could set up a School of the Ancient and Arcane Wisdom. This was to preserve the scientific and spiritual knowledge of the past. At first, for many thousands of years, these schools were to remain a mystery to the inhabitants of the world; their teachings and meetings were to be secret. Hence, they are called even today Mystery Schools or the Shan-Gri-Las of Earth.
Lord Meru, as one of the teachers of Lemuria, was delegated by the Hierarchy to take the Sacred Scrolls in his possession along with the enormous golden disk of the Sun to the mountainous area of a newly formed lake in what is now South America. Here he would guard and sustain the focus of the illumination flame. The Disk of the Sun was kept in the great Temple of Divine Light in Lemuria and was not merely an object of ritual and adoration, nor did it serve that single purpose later on when it was used by the High Priests of the Sun Among the Incas of Peru Amaru-Muru journeyed to the new land in one of the silver needle airships of the time.
While the final portions of the former continent were breaking up in the Pacific Ocean, terrible catastrophe was taking place all over the Earth. The Andean range of mountains was born at this time, and disfigured the west coast of South America. The ancient city of Tiahuanaco (Bolivia) was at that time a great seaport and a Lemurian empire colonial city of magnificence and importance to the motherland. During the ensuing cataclysms it was raised from the sea level and a mild, and a mild tropical climate to high on a barren, wind-swept plain and a frigid arctic-like climate. Before this took place, there had been no Lake Titicaca, which is now the highest navigable lake in the world, over twelve thousand feet above sea level.
So, it was to a newly-formed lake that Lord Meru arrived from sunken Lemuria. Here, now known as Lago Titicaca, the Monastery of the Brotherhood of the Seven Rays came into being, organized and perpetuated by Amaru-Muru. This Monastery, which was to be the home of the Brotherhood throughout all ages on Earth, was placed in a immense valley that had been created during the days of the birth of the Andes, and was a strange child of Nature in that its exact disposition and altitude gave it a warm, semi tropical climate where fruits and nuts could grow to phenomenal size. Here on top of ruins that had once been at sea level, like the city of Tiahuanaco, Lord Meru had the Monastery constructed of gigantic blocks of stone cut only by the energy of primary light force. This cyclopean structure is the same today as it was then, and continues to be a repository or Lemurian science, culture, and arcane knowledge.
The other Masters of Lemuria, the Lost Continent, journeyed to other parts of the world and also set up Mystery Schools, so that Mankind would have throughout all time on Earth the secret knowledge hidden away, not lost, but hidden, until the children of Earth had spiritually progressed to study again and to use the Divine Truths.
The secret science of Adoma, Atlantis, and other highly advanced world civilizations is to be found today in the libraries of these schools, for these civilizations also sent out wise men to found Inner Retreats and Sanctuaries throughout the world. Such Retreats were under the direct guidance and guardianship of the Great White Brotherhood, the Hierarchy of Earth's spiritual Mentors.
The valley of the Monastery of the Brotherhood of the Seven Rays is known as the valley of the Blue Moon and is located high in Andes Mountains on the northern, Peruvian side of Lake Titicaca. Lord Meru did not immediately set up the Monastery on his arrival at Lake Titicaca, but he wandered for many years, studying and fasting in the wilderness, where he was joined by others who had escaped the catastrophes. He was originally accompanied by his feminine aspect, Amara-Mara (Goddess Meru), when he departed from Lemuria in the needle-like airship. These were not space craft, but were used by the Motherland for trade between the colonies.
The Brother hood of the Seven Rays had known existence countless ages before the time during the time of the Elder Race upon the Earth about one billion years ago. However, it had never before had a monastery where students of life, highly advanced on the Great Path of Initiation, could come together in spiritual harmony to blend the flow of their life streams. The Benefits of Light
Scientists know that bright light stimulates the production of serotonin which helps maintain a positive mood. Too little serotonin causes depression and lack of energy.
Some people suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) during winter because they don’t get enough sunlight. A cure for SAD is to use a bright light box for several minutes each day.

The Benefits of Sunshine
…Or you can sun gaze for free!1 Beside the serotonin high produced by sun gazing, sunbathers get an additional high. Dr. Michael F. In the meantime, lovers will continue gazing into the sunset and sunbathers will keep basking in the rays of the sun. They don’t need a scientific paper to confirm what they already know—sunshine gives them a natural high!

The Benefits of Solar Meditation
Above and beyond the biophysical positive effects of sunlight are the spiritual effects. In esoteric mystery school teachings, the sun is the physical manifestation of the spiritual Sun wherein dwells the Solar Presence.3 These schools taught their students techniques of connecting with their Solar Presence. Roman Catholics honor the Virgin Mary's “assumption” day, her ascension into the heavens, every bit as dramatic as that of Jesus.
Is this experience meant only for great masters like Jesus or set-apart individuals like the Virgin Mary? No. It is meant for every soul created by God. Our ascension may not take place from atop a mount, witnessed by loving throngs—but it could. More important than the staging is the profound meaning of this rite of passage into the arms of God.
Who Experiences the Ascension?
The ascension, the closing act in this great drama that we call “life,” is an experience of the greatest joy one can ever know. All human sorrow, all suffering and pain pale into insignificance, for we now know the meaning of everlasting life through love. Our hearts are perfected and we are embraced into the glorious presence of God. The ascension is the natural and final step for souls who are ready to merge with their Source. During this sacred event we are divested of every last sense of limitation and enveloped into pure Beingness.

We each possess an individualized Self of this pure Beingness, which is known as our God Presence, or Solar Presence. (See a depiction of the Solar Presence in “Your Buddha Nature” Chart. The top figure in this chart, surrounded by radiating color spheres, attempts to capture the glory of this individualized God Self that we are.)
The Requirements of the Ascension
We are meant to go through a process of positive spiritual evolution in the sacred journey through life if we choose. And if we have learned our lessons, if we have balanced at least fifty-one percent of our negative karma and if we have fulfilled our life mission in service to humanity, we will make our ascension.
We must also have mastered the initiations of the seven rays,1and attained union with our Christ/Buddha Presence by our great desire to be more and more like God each day. (See middle figure in “Your Buddha Nature” Chart.)
We are prepared for our ascension by angels who attend our souls, placing upon us “the wedding garment” 2 that we have woven day by day through prayer, meditation and contemplation upon God. It has been woven through our loving service to family and community, service to our nation and the world.
Life after the Ascension
Having mastered time and space and ascended back to God, we then begin a new life as an immortal being, never more to re-embody. We may now know a freedom and joy not realized on earth as we continue to study, serve and evolve in the beauty and enveloping love of the heaven world. Even in this ascended consciousness, we are challenged to expand our awareness, for God is always expanding.
All May Make Their Ascension
Many have ascended from this planet, and many are preparing for the ascension even now. It is our choice to participate in this process, which includes getting the victory over the dweller-on-the-threshold3 of our own being and maintaining a sense of peace, brotherhood and holiness in our lives through our tie to God.
The crystal cord is that tie between our soul and our Solar Presence. And through this divine connection we have access to all of God. We then experience day by day the great grace of spiritual light frequencies flowing into and through our chakras4 for our cleansing and for our use in engaging in the sacred work of raising all life into its divine blueprint.
Each of us has the ability to understand the nature of life. Through acceptance of God's great gift of free will, we can apply our innate talents and the gifts of the Spirit in order to rise in consciousness and bring to this earth the light of heaven.
The Goal of Self-Realization
Self-realization is our goal in life. We have access to Self through the voice of conscience. And through this connection we may ascend at the close of this incarnation. It takes focus, determination and the putting of all aside except God within our lives.

Our Ascension Benefits All Life
Each ascension raises the planet. And when there is a certain quota reached of those who have ascended, then the entire civilization of life upon earth will also reach, through this crescendo of soul victories, a new opportunity to abide within a golden-crystal age consciousness.5
When many more understand this process and the possibility that they, too, like Jesus and many others, may ascend to the heart of God, then the great joy that will sweep across the earth will truly be the divine momentum for many, many more to rise. And there will be mass ascensions from the hillsides,6 and we will witness a time of true peace and harmony on earth.

Meet the Ascended Masters

The ascended masters are our elder brothers and sisters who have passed all major initiations of the spiritual path and graduated from Earth’s schoolroom, returning by free will to the heart of God through the sacred ritual known as the ascension.¹ They are the saints, teachers and masters of East and West and from all religions and cultures now residing in heaven.

As teachers and guides from higher dimensions, the ascended masters show us the way Home through a pathway that is unique for each person and yet requires a determined self-discipline and balance in our daily lives. Meditation and contemplation as well as the giving of prayers, mantras, decrees²and songs can help us in this process. Balancing our past negative karma through service to those whom we have wronged is also a major key to our victory.

What It Takes to Become an Ascended MasterThe ascended masters exemplify the highest qualities of Godhood through their givingness to all life, having mastered the initiations of the seven rays³ throughout many lifetimes of service. Examples of ascended masters whom many may recognize are listed below. However, there are also many unsung heroes and heroines of the Spirit, having made their ascension in past and recent decades, who also serve us from heaven. These masters of wisdom teach us that we, too, may return to God in the ascension at the close of this lifetime if we fully utilize our gifts and talents and balance at least fifty-one percent of our karma.

The Ascended Masters Lead the WayFulfilling our personal missions through service to life, balancing the flames of love, wisdom and power within our hearts, working on centeredness and living in harmony with all people are also requirements for this ultimate union. The goal of life is oneness with our Source through the ascension. And leading the way to this victory of victories for our souls are the ascended masters by their continuing loving service on our behalf.

The Three Fold Flame

God–Flame Within
It all begins in the heart. And the heart is the repository for the flame of God. This flame is the essence of God, blazing within our physical form. Called the “threefold flame” by the ascended masters, it can only be seen at higher frequencies. This threefold flame, sustainer of our physical life and a sacred trinity of love, wisdom and power, is placed in our hearts at birth and is withdrawn at transition.

“Threefold” means that not one but three identifiable plumes rise from a tiny sphere of the white light of the Mother flame. The colors of the plumes are blue, yellow and pink as seen in the heart of the lower figure of The Chart of Your Buddha Nature. The plumes are meant to become balanced, expand, accelerate and swirl as we gain mastery.

Power, Wisdom, Love
The blue plume embodies the desire of the soul to do the will of God. It is the quality of thrust toward one’s goal as an inner resolve and power to accomplish. It symbolizes an ability to take leadership over oneself and others.

The yellow plume represents the right use of knowledge of all kinds, a wisdom and discrimination based on the standards and principles of truth such as those found in the major world religions. It is a love of learning and a desire to impart what one has learned to others.

The pink plume represents love and compassion, the very nature of God. This love knows the difference between sympathy, a debilitating emotion, and empathy, a strengthening one. It is not smothering or controlling but supportive and freeing.
The ideal is that these plumes are balanced within us so that power is tempered with love and love is saturated with wisdom. Leaders without love become tyrants. Parents who do not balance love with discipline rear children that are likely to be irresponsible and self-centered. In reality, true love is the perfect balance of the three plumes—an empowering and wise compassion that expresses the essence of God’s being in ways that only bless and benefit mankind.
The Fleur de Lis
The fleur de lis design, seen in architecture, on national flags and even adopted as the insignia of the Boy Scouts of America is an archetype of this God-flame, and our souls know it intimately. But most of our threefold flames are not so perfectly designed. The plumes vary depending on the qualities that have been developed by the individual in this and past lifetimes. Those who love learning and academia have more developed yellow plumes. Those who are in positions of power have fanned the blue aspect.

Esoteric teachings tell us that most people walking this earth carry a threefold flame that is very tiny, measuring less than one-sixteenth of an inch in height. God’s desire is that our focus be on the balancing and expanding of this flame so that it will one day envelope our entire being as it does the great masters now ascended. In The Hearts Center, many current teachings remind us of this goal. Various decrees1 and meditations, focusing on the flame within, helping us in the work of its expanding and harmonizing.

The Heart of Lord Lanto
An Eastern saint of long ago named Lord Lanto was able to materialize this flame in the center of his chest so others could see it blazing there as a tangible witness to our connection with God. Catholic depictions of Jesus and Mary often show the flame burning within their Sacred Hearts. It is exciting to know that modern-day students of the teachings have come to feel this flame physically present in their hearts. Some refer to this feeling as awarmth, some as a burning. More important than the feeling though is the transformation taking place within their lives as devotion to this flame grows.

Transformations of the Threefold Flame: The Resurrection and Ascension Flames and Spirals
Yes, we can choose to expand, intensify and balance our threefold flame, especially since this flame is our personal “Fountain of Youth!” Once the plumes become balanced, a most wonderful action begins—the plumes begin to spin and swirl around each other, emanating mother-of-pearl radiance. The flame is transformed, even as we are being transformed, and is now referred to as the “resurrection flame.”

Through our attention upon the God-flame within, we have fanned the divine spark, the threefold flame, into a swirling action, igniting our soul’s immortality. Ultimately, devotion to this swirling resurrection flame magnetizes a forcefield around us called the “resurrection spiral.” This action of light energy is the evidence of our progress toward the ascension.2

As the evolution of our being continues and we in consciousness only hold the immaculate concept3 for all things and all individuals, the resurrection flame and spiral accelerate even faster. The mother-of-pearl emanation becomes brilliant, scintillating pure white. It is now the flame of the ascension, magnetizing around us the ascension spiral or current. The tiny spark of God has become our “rocket ship” to the Star of our Presence.

It all begins in the heart. It begins in the secret place where God dwells within the flame, the place from which our physical heart beats in tandem with cosmic symphonies, the place that paces the inbreath and outbreath of the Holy Spirit, the place that sets in motion the coursing of our life’s blood through the circulatory system to enliven our organs and animate our form. Within the heart, a secret chamber, resides this threefold flame—where heaven and earth meet.

Understanding Karma and Reincarnation

The Law of Karma... Have you ever watched a series of metal balls, suspended next to one another on thin wires as they hit against each other in succession? This fascinating chain-reaction begins with one move. All it takes is the pulling back and releasing of the first metal ball which impacts the second ball on the down swing. The second impacts the third and so on, the effect continuing through the long series of balls seemingly without much deceleration. Once the final ball is impacted, it swings out and back, and the chain reaction begins in the other direction. Of course, the law of physics behind this experiment is that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

The law of karma is just like the physical law of cause and effect upon the metal balls. Each action that we set in motion, whether it is a thought, word or deed, affects those around us until it comes right back to our doorstep. Yes, our actions have definite repercussions not only on others but on ourselves!

An Example of Karma in Action
Imagine that an irate person punches another person in the stomach. At some future time—a day later, a week later, a month later, a lifetime later—he will experience the emotional and physical impact of the outer demonstration of his anger toward another. He may fall from a horse in such a way that his own breath is knocked out of him, he may be on the receiving end of someone else’s angry fist, he may suffer wrenching stomach spasms for which there seems no remedy or someone’s hateful remark may feel like a blow to his solar plexus.

And the point is that our compassionate actions also return to us. They come as feelings of well-being and peace, kind acts toward us from others seemingly “out of the blue” or unexpected financial gain. Same law. Seems like a no brainer that we would always choose to do what is kind, forgiving, magnanimous, selfless if we really believed in the law of karma.

How Karma Relates to Reincarnation
Jesus understood the law of karma and indirectly taught this law to the multitudes on the Galilean hillsides as he admonished them to “do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”1 Certainly his desire was that their motive in choosing to do good over evil be selfless. But the law is the law in any case. The Lord’s Prayer counsels us to forgive so that we, too, will be forgiven.2 And the Apostle Paul preached to the Christians at Ephesus, “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.”3
Many of the world’s religions teach the law of karma in some form. Sikhs and Jains, esoteric Christians and Kabbalist Jews teach this law. Karma is a core concept in Buddhism and Hinduism, where it is understood in conjunction with the law of reincarnation. Reincarnation, or re-embodiment, is the returning of a soul into physical form—actually being reborn many times over through the course of thousands of years—in order to balance all negative actions, heal all strained relationships and work together harmoniously with others to fulfill projects and goals. The soul is intended also to accomplish personal missions of world service, employing his or her unique gifts and talents to this end.

Karma and Reincarnation as a Mathematical FormulaThe outplaying of the laws of karma and reincarnation may not be so simple to discern from an observer’s standpoint. There are intertwining karmic relationships at individual, familial, national and world levels. There are unknown cycles, some with a swift return, some spanning many incarnations as principal players are positioned on life’s chessboard, having been given yet another opportunity to make a relationship work, to right a wrong committed against a family member or a community, to forgive this time around instead of seeking revenge.

In the 1993 movie, Groundhog Day, starring Bill Murray and Andie McDowell, the opportunity to “get it right” comes fast and furious for Phil (Bill Murray), a self-serving and egotistical weather forecaster, who finds himself stuck redoing one twenty-four hour period. Day after day, he awakens to find that it is the same day! Not until the results of his selfish reactions to the same events begin to change is he freed from this round of twenty-four-hour “rebirth.” His transformation is the key to breaking the cycle of living in a perpetual Ground Hog Day in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania.

The Variable and the X-Factor in the Karmic Equation
So we understand that returning karma is like a mathematical equation in its predictability…in one sense. But in another sense the karmic equation contains a variable—the timing of returning cycles. Only the Universe knows when karma, good or bad, will return to us. This is why we often think injustices occur, bad things seeming to happen to good people, when in truth it is the sure return of that which has been created and sent out in some distant incarnation.

And what is the X-factor in this equation? The law of karma would remain inviolate except for the presence of another law—the law of mercy. Mercy is the X-factor. And what a law it is. Where would we be without mercy? Mercy is a most wondrous law that results in mitigation, or a lessening of a negative reaction through our intention to extend mercy, to serve others, to show compassion. Mercy is also activated by the power of prayer, the sincere request for forgiveness as well as thedecision to change the way we live our lives.

Mercy is the counterpart of justice. Because First Cause is infinite love and compassion, the predictable result of the karmic equation can have a much more glorious outcome. The mitigating factor of the law of mercy is activated when we realize the need to ask forgiveness and choose to forgive others of real or perceived offenses against us. And how often do we forgive? All the time, every time. That is the only way the law of mercy can have an impact on the karmic equation.

The Violet Light
An accelerated action of mercy and forgiveness has beengiven to mankind in the twentieth century by Saint Germain, avatar4 for the Age of Aquarius. The gift that Saint Germain brings is the understanding of the use of the violet light.5 A facet of the Holy Spirit, the violet light can be invoked into our lives and into our very bodies through visualization, song, prayer and decree6 work. This sacred fire action brings blessing, healing and a more rapidtransformation of our negative karma.

Yes, what goes around comes around sooner or later. But applying the violet light, sacred fire gift from the heart of Saint Germain, in our lives softens the impact of those crashing metal balls of returning negative karma and sometimes even changing those dense spheres into whirling light! 4. In the Hindu tradition an avatar is a deity come to the earth; the incarnation of a god. In ascended master terms, it is the title given to that ascended being who shepherds and directs a certain cycle or age. Jesus is considered the avatar of the Piscean Age, an age lasting approximately 2,000 years. We are entering the Age of Aquarius, another 2,000-year cycle with Saint Germain as our guide and teacher.

6.Decrees are poetic prayers that affirm the work of God in us and invoke more of God as light energy into our beings. Their rhyming pattern facilitates memorization and repetition. Once a decree is memorized, visualizing what the words are affirming becomes easier. And visualization intensifies the work of the violet light. Mindful repetition also intensifies this light energy, causing our chakras to spin! This accelerating spinning action produces positive change in our beings and in the world. Decrees are much like the mantras of the East, and their action of light can be more intense than the light which is released through prayer or meditation depending on the focus, attainment and momentum of the individual offering the decree.

The Immaculate Concept: Creating Alchemical Change

The Alchemy* of Holding the Perfect Image
Holding the “immaculate concept” is a phrase denoting how we can visualize and focus on the perfect image or divine blueprint of a person, idea, situation or project such that it may more easily manifest its ideal. This is spiritualalchemy. Each conception that we hold of beauty, poise and grace on behalf of others actually creates an energy field of purity around them so that they can tap into those uplifting feelings and thoughtforms and then express them. This divine art also involves the science of picturization or divine imagination and is actually a form of holy, unspoken prayer.

The blessed Mother Mary performed this great service on behalf of her son, Jesus, who, through her great nurturing love and devotion, was able to fulfill his mission of fully manifesting the Christ-ideal as an example for all mankind to follow. After Mother Mary’s ascension, she appeared to Saint Bernadette Soubirous and told the young girl, “I am the Immaculate Conception.” She is indeed the Earth’s principle exemplar of one who is able to continuously holds the immaculate concept for all of God’s children.

The Alchemical Influence of Mothers, Fathers and Teachers
Mothers have a natural calling or instinct to visualize their children as beautiful and perfect, for they were conceived in love and may more easily grow to express and fulfill their divine plan if nurtured in a safe and loving home environment. However, fathers and men of all ages may also partake of this sacred science through maintaining a positive mental and emotional attitude toward their children, training their vision on the good within them and thereby bestowing great blessings upon them.

The importance of teachers holding the immaculate concept for each of their students has also been documented in many inspirational stories over the years, such as the Chicken Soup for the Soul series, where even those who seemed to be lacking in natural talent or mental acuity made great progress because of the loving attitude and care that their teachers held for them. As with parenting, this may mean suggesting and requiring that certain disciplines be followed by the children. For souls to progress, they need direction and guidance as well as compassionate support in fulfilling their goals.

Holding the Immaculate Concept for Ourselves
Ultimately we must each first hold the immaculate concept for ourselves by attuning to our own Higher Self and maintaining a vigil of oneness through presence and awareness of our own divine nature. Once we have learned to live in this unified field of stillness and beingness and maintain our spiritual poise, especially during challenging times and situations, we can more easily practice the science of the immaculate concept on behalf of all those around us.

Seeing Each Person as Already Whole
One key in mastering this science, given to us by the ascended masters,is to behold every person in consciousness as a newborn babe or soul, without guile or blemish, pure and whole and wholly dependent upon his divine Caregiver. Even amidst the temporary playing out of personal problems in karmic situations, we can help each individual in overcoming by thinking the best thoughts and giving them the benefit of the doubt. By not prejudging or biasing ourselves through a subjective view of a tiny slice of their lives or their soul evolution, we may expand hope and emanate a field of belief that they can be victorious and fulfill God’s plan.

In golden age civilizations of the future, the science of the immaculate concept will be taught and practiced by all from early childhood onward just as it was practiced in golden ages of the past. This spiritual science is a key in manifesting the longevity of all divine cultures and is what allows every ascended master to maintain his or herown immortality in God’s Spirit.

Lanto, Chohan of the Yellow Ray

Lord Lanto is Chohan of the Second Ray, the yellow ray, of wisdom, understanding and judgment. He exemplifies these and other second-ray virtues, including illumination and discernment. Lord Lanto teaches the path of attainment through enlightenment and mastery in the crown chakra, and can assist souls in receiving the Holy Spirit’s gifts of the word of wisdom and the word of knowledge.
Many of Lanto’s incarnations were in China, where he focused the flame of illumination that infused that country’s culture with great wisdom. The Duke of Chou, one of his Chinese embodiments, is reputed to have been the guru of Confucius.
During his final lifetime, Lanto adored God’s presence within his own heart so fervently that the divine spark residing there—the threefold flame—could be seen emanating as a soft golden glow through his chest. He desired that through this living testimony other people would also recognize and believe the truth of their own innate spark of divinity, the doorway to their personal enlightenment and victory. He sustained this visible light until he ascended around 500 B.C.

Teacher of the Ancient Way

We can trace his evolution as a high priest in the temple of the Divine Mother on the lost continent of Lemuria, which occupied a large area of the Pacific Ocean, as well as subsequent embodiments on Atlantis. Following the sinking of “Mu,” as the Motherland of the Pacific was called, and the later disappearance of Poseidonis beneath the Atlantic, the last of Atla (Atlantis) which went down in stages, many adepts and priests of the sacred fire bore the flames they had guarded to other parts of the earth.
Lanto was and is a Master of the power of precipitation—an alchemical process of drawing forth cosmic light and substance from the Universal and coalescing it into physical form (a predetermined matter matrix) by the science of the spoken Word. Therefore, appropriately he was chosen to bear the flame of precipitation—a Chinese green tinged with gold—to the stronghold of the Grand Teton, where the Brotherhood had established the magnificent physical focus known as the Royal Teton Retreat.
Lanto later embodied as a ruler in China and as a contemporary of Confucius (551-479 b.c.).
Following his ascension, he accepted the office of presiding Master of the Council of the Royal Teton and of the retreat itself in order to bring to the Western world the flame of science, technology, the culture of the Mother and reverence for Life which he and Confucius had sponsored in the Far East.
Master of the fiery core of excellence at the heart of Wisdom’s Ray, hence devotee par excellence of the Divine Mother’s white fire lilies, Lanto remains the Guru of gurus of the Chinese, as well as of all souls who share his love for the golden Sunward path of the Buddhas and bodhisattvas under Sanat Kumara.
Lanto, one of the original Keepers of the Flame, played a role in the earliest efforts of Sanat Kumara to fetch humanity from their darkened descent. The bands who volunteered to accompany Sanat Kumara on his mission to the dark star sought nothing less than the rekindling of the Divine Spark in mankind who, through de-evolution, had lost the original fire and animating intelligence (genus) of their Divinity. This they purposed to do from the altar of Shamballa through the Great One who had exiled himself on planet earth for the sole purpose of keeping the flame of Life.
Before his ascension Lord Lanto determined that the light from his own heart flame should shine forth physically as living proof to his disciples that the threefold flame is the Word that is made flesh and that it can be thus expanded and intensified by the priority of the adept. Lanto, by the dynamism of his decrees from the heart, his devoutness to the living Word as the Universal Christ ever with him, and his consecration of the chakras to the sacred fire of the Mother did achieve what none other in earth’s recorded history since the Fall had done:
Lanto so adored the Trinity in the tripartite Light of his innermost being that the intense glow of that Divine Spark could actually be seen through his flesh form emanating a soft golden glow through his chest. This he maintained in honor of Sanat Kumara until his ascension around 500 b.c., in order that the original Lightbearers might recall their mission to illumine the dark star.
Throughout the nineteenth and twentieth centuries Lanto has stood faithfully behind the efforts of Saint Germain to liberate mankind through his release of the Ascended Masters’ Teachings on the I AM Presence and the violet fire. On July 3, 1958, Lanto accepted from Kuthumi the office of Lord of the Second Ray, and the Ascended Master Confucius succeeded him as hierarch of the Royal Teton Retreat.
On October 30, 1966, in cooperation with the God and Goddess Meru, Lanto was granted the dispensation by the Karmic Board for a “mighty transcendent golden flame of illumination” to pulsate 300 feet into the atmosphere over the colleges, universities, divinity and theological schools of the world whose students and faculty were and would be receptive to knowledge from higher spheres. Any students of any school of higher learning may call this flame into action on behalf of the faculty and student body.

Twelve Signs of Spiritual Awakening

1. Body aches and pains, especially in the neck, shoulder and back. This is theresult of intense changes at your DNA level as the "Christ seed" awakens within.This too shall pass.

2. Feeling of deep inner sadness for no apparent reason. You are releasing yourpast (this lifetime and others) and this causes the feeling of sadness. This issimilar to the experience of moving from a house where you lived in for many,many years into a new house. As much as you want to move into the new house,there is a sadness of leaving behind the memories, energy and experiences of theold house. This too shall pass.

3. Crying for no apparent reason. Similar to #2 above. It's good and healthy tolet the tears flow. It helps to release the old energy within. This too shallpass.

4. Sudden change in job or career. A very common symptom. As you change, thingsaround you will change as well. Don't worry about finding the "perfect" job orcareer right now. This too shall pass. You're in transition and you may makeseveral job changes before you settle into one that fits your passion.

5. Withdrawal from family relationships. You are connected to your biologicalfamily via old karma. When you get off the karmic cycle, the bonds of the oldrelationships are released. It will appear as though you are drifting away fromyour family and friends. This too shall pass. After a period of time, you maydevelop a new relationship with them if it is appropriate. However, therelationship will be based in the new energy without the karmic attachments.

6. Unusual sleep patterns. It's likely that you'll awaken many nights between2:00 and 4:00 AM. There's a lot of work going on within you, and it often causesyou to wake up for a "breather." Not to worry. If you can't go back to sleep,get up and do something rather than lay in bed and worry about humanly things.This too shall pass.

7. Intense dreams. These might include war and battle dreams, chase dreams ormonster dreams. You are literally releasing the old energy within, and theseenergies of the past are often symbolized as wars, running to escape andboogiemen. This too shall pass.

8. Physical disorientation. At times you'll feel very ungrounded. You'll be"spatially challenged" with the feeling like you can't put two feet on theground, or that you're walking between two worlds. As your consciousnesstransitions into the new energy, you body sometimes lags behind. Spend more timein nature to help ground the new energy within. This too shall pass.

9. Increased "self talk." You'll find yourself talking to your Self more often.You'll suddenly realize you've been chattering away with yourself for the past30 minutes. There is a new level of communication taking place within yourbeing, and you're experiencing the tip of the iceberg with the self talk. Theconversations will increase, and they will become more fluid, more coherent andmore insightful. You're not going crazy, you're just Shaumbra moving into thenew energy.

10. Feelings of loneliness, even when in the company of others. You may feelalone and removed from others. You may feel the desire to "flee" groups and crowds. As Shaumbra, you are walking a sacred and lonely path. As much as thefeelings of loneliness cause you anxiety, it is difficult to relate to others atthis time. The feelings of loneliness are also associated with the fact thatyour Guides have departed. They have been with you on all of your journeys inall of your lifetimes. It was time for them to back away so you could fill yourspace with your own divinity. This too shall pass. The void within will befilled with the love and energy of your own Christ consciousness.11. Loss of passion. You may feel totally disimpassioned, with little or nodesire to do anything. That's OK, and it's just part of the process. Take thistime to "do no-thing." Don't fight yourself on this, because this too shallpass. It's similar to rebooting a computer. You need to shut down for a briefperiod of time in order to load the sophisticated new software, or in this case,the new Christ-seed energy.

12. A deep longing to go Home. This is perhaps the most difficult andchallenging of any of the conditions. You may experience a deep and overwhelmingdesire to leave the planet and return to Home. This is not a "suicidal" feeling.It is not based in anger or frustration. You don't want to make a big deal of itor cause drama for yourself or other. There is a quiet part of you that wants togo Home. The root cause for this is quite simple. You have completed your karmiccycles. You have completed your contract for this lifetime. You are ready tobegin a new lifetime while still in this physical body. During this transitionprocess, you have an inner remembrance of what it is like to be on the otherside. Are you ready to enlist for another tour of duty here on Earth? Are youready to take on the challenges of moving into the New Energy? Yes, indeed youcould go Home right now. But you've come this far, and after many, manylifetimes it would be a shame to leave before the end of the movie. Besides,Spirit needs you here to help others transition into the new energy. They willneed a human guide, just like you, who has taken the journey from the old energyinto the new. The path you're walking right now provides the experiences toenable you to become a Teacher of the New Divine Human. As lonely and dark asyour journey can be at times, remember that you are never alone.

Contacting your personal spirit guides

SPIRIT GUIDES

There are both evolved and unevolved spirits who will often attempt to contacthumanity. Your Personal Spirit Guides are evolved, loving beings who come intoyour life to help you with your life journey. They often help you throughpainful experiences with insight, guidance and love.Most people have two Spirit Guides or Guardian Angels throughout their life,from birth to death. One usually represents itself as a female and the other asa male.The female or yin energy often comforts, heals and gives guidance from afeminine perspective, while the male guide often protects, advises and givessupport from a stronger yang energy. These Spirit Guides are often entities thatyou have known in past lives, family members who have passed over to the astralrealms or unrelated volunteers who wish to help and experience the conditionsyou are going through in your current life.Your Guides are never judgmental about your behaviour or actions, as theyunderstand your motivations, very clearly. Teacher Spirit Guides

Many Teacher Guides will come to you, for short periods in your life, to educateyou about certain aspects of your physical or spiritual journey. There areTeacher Guides who specialize in Art, Music, Dance, Mathematics, Healing etc.and are always available for higher inspirational help, as all Guides haveaccess to the Akashic Records and the Universal Consciousness.Call upon them to help you with specific and complicated tasks. For example ifyou need to fill out your Tax Return papers, ask for an Accountant TeacherGuide, to help you work intuitively, with the task. If you are involved increative artwork such as painting, ask a Spirit Guide to come and help to inspire you. Who knows you may have Picasso or Michelangelo turn up to inspire you!

Archangels

The Archangels who oversee Creation and never incarnate on Earth, are located onthe Silver Level, connected to the silver chakra. These angels, such as Michael,Uriel, Ariel, Raphael, Azriel etc are always willing to come to you forguidance, protection and comfort. Call them in around you, when needed. Justsend out a mental request and they will be there. There are amazing stories ofangels who have prevented muggings, robberies or aided those in need.Remember these Archangels are always willing to help you. Do not feel that theyare somehow, too important to deal with your everyday issues. You are importantto them! (Use Exercise 1. To achieve this, after first establishing contact with your own Personal guides.)

The Ascended Masters

The Masters are also Spirit Guides that can come to you with advice andguidance. Again, remember these Ascended Masters are always willing to help you.Do not feel that they are somehow too saintly to deal with your everyday issues.Your worries are important to them! Kwan Yin is a specialist in healing matters; Mother Mary is feminine and loving,like a Mother and Sananda (Higher Self Name of Jesus) is compassionate and wise.Practice asking them to come to you and feel their loving warmth. (Use Exercise1 to achieve this, after first establishing contact with your own PersonalGuides.) Remember these Masters are non - denominational. They also help Muslims, Buddhists and Hindus!

UN-EVOLVED

Spirits On the Lower aspects of the Fourth Dimensional Planes are the un-evolved, lessspiritual beings who often attempt to contact humanity for their own selfishpurposes. Some of these beings may attempt to manipulate and frighten you,although their initial contact may appear friendly. These lower astral spiritshave been known throughout history as poltergeists, ghosts, shades, spectres,etc. When they are around, you will normally feel cold, apprehensive, oftennauseous or smell a rancid aroma.It is important when attempting spiritual work, to fully protect yourself. Ouijaboard gatherings and unprotected séances will often bring in these un-evolvedlower astral beings. We advise you never to participate in any unprotectedpsychic gathering. However, if you do have any problems with the lower astrals,call on the Masters and Archangels, particularly Archangel Michael, to send themaway. People of different religions can call upon their own cultural/religiousguardian figures. However, please remember that the Masters and Archangels arenon denominational. Exercise 1. MAGENTA LEVEL MEDITATION TO MEET SPIRIT GUIDES 1. Hold your quartz crystal in your hand.

2. Psychically protect yourself. (See earlier exercises) i.e. place yourself inan auric egg of white light with spiritual symbol protection.

3. Ask your Personal Spirit Guides to help you make stronger contact with themtoday and in the future.

4. Gently send your consciousness up the silver chord to the Magenta Level. Findyourself in a beautiful garden with bright, sparkling, magenta lights in theair. In the garden is a bubbling stream and wonderfully, coloured bushes,flowers and trees. A great feeling of serenity and calmness surrounds you. Youfind a comfortable bench in the garden and sit down to relax and meditate forfive minutes.

5. Now send out a message to your Personal Spirit Guides to come forward intothe garden and walk towards you. One or two Personal Spirit Guides may come.

6. Visualize or feel them walking slowly towards you. Feel the love and serenitythey emanate. If you are not comfortable with their vibration - send them away.Some of you may smell a wonderful perfume coming from them. Allow them to comeand stand before you.

7. Look into the face of your Guides and mentally welcome them. Listen clairaudiently (with your inner psychic hearing), for a reply.

8. Ask your Guide for its name and listen for a reply. If the reply is too softor unclear, ask the Guide to speak louder and more clearly.

9. Hold your Guides' hands and feel their embrace.

10. Talk to your Guide about the problems in your life and ask for gentle andloving counseling. Listen for their reply. Take time, there is no need to hurry.Although they may guide you, they never command you to do something. They respect your freewill.

11. Ask your Guides to make their presence known more frequently to you and forfurther Spirit contact to occur, quicker and clearer

12. Thank your Guides for coming and let them depart.

13. Leave the magenta level and return to your physical consciousness and body.

14. Ground yourself. Move gently, wash hands, bare feet etc.Write down what you have experienced and think of how you can make greatercontact with your Spirit Guides in the future.

Note*

The more often you contact your Personal Spirit Guides the more clearer,quicker and stronger the contact will become. At first you may just see themindistinctly or not hear them clearly, but with practice, the contact willbecome stronger. Soon, you will be able to mentally converse with them, wheneveryou like. But again, it needs practice, practice, practice!Exercise 2.Put yourself into a meditative state and draw a picture of your Personal SpiritGuides to remind you of how they look today. Place this picture somewhereprominent in your bedroom, to remind you of your Spirit Guide contact.We advise you to make the initial contact with your Guides when you are in acalm, relaxed state and try to contact them, at least several times a week.Often when a person becomes upset or under stress, they find the contactdifficult to make. This is when you need to be able to relax yourself thoroughlyand protect yourself, then reattempt contact.Remember when you are upset - you separate yourself from Spirit, they don'tseparate themselves from you!

SUMMARY

You normally have two Personal Guides, one male and one female, who are bothwith you, throughout your life. You can learn to consciously contact them andmake friends of them. You can also make contact with the Archangels, Teachers,Devas and the Masters. They can help you with guidance, comfort and practicaltasks.Although they may guide you, they never command you to do something. Theyrespect your freewill. The more often you contact them, the clearer the contactwill become. Always use this Higher spiritual Contact wisely and with Higher Intent!

Elohims of the White Ray

Elohim of the Fourth Ray

PURITY AND ASTREA are the Elohim of the fourth ray (the white ray) of purity, perfection, hope, and wholeness. It is the flame of the Mother and the flame of the ascension–the desire to know and be God through purity of body, mind, and soul through the consciousness of the Divine Mother which embraces the natural laws governing all manifestation in the earth plane.
Purity holds the divine pattern of the perfection of the Christ for all that is in manifest form, focusing the white fire that is in the heart of every sun and atom–the pure white light out of which emanates the seven 'rays', or aspects, of the Christ consciousness. Blue is considered the feminine aspect of white because the white fire of Purity coalesces as blue in the Matter plane. Thus Astrea, the feminine complement of Purity, works twenty-four hours a day wielding the cosmic circle and sword of blue flame to free the children of the Mother from all that opposes the fulfillment of the divine plan held in the heart of Purity. Astrea personifies the Hindu concept of Kali, “the demon-slayer.”
You can make the circle and sword of blue flame practical in your life as Jesus Christ did to exorcise the boy possessed of a demon–the one who lay on the ground frothing at the mouth, whom the disciples could not heal (Matt. 17:14-21). As Astrea has explained, “The disciples had attempted, again and again, to cast out the demon from that boy, and I tell you they exerted themselves to the fullest. But they lacked the faith and they lacked the knowledge of our octave of light. If my cosmic circle and sword of blue flame had been invoked around that boy by any one of those disciples, they would have found that that demon would have left on the instant and would not have remained for a second. This was the power of light which Jesus himself invoked. He invoked that energy of the blue flame, and it immediately fulfilled the destiny that God intended it to do.”
The circle of blue fire invoked from the heart of Astrea is a dazzling blue-white fire that oscillates as two concentric rings of fire–the blue of Astrea, the white of Purity–interchanging frequencies at such a rapid rate so as to appear as the action of blue-white lightning flashing around souls, planets, solar systems, galaxies–wherever there is a need for the reinforcement of the will of God in the divine blueprint held in the white-fire core of being.
Whenever and wherever there is discord in any form, in any of its aspects, you should call in the name of the Christ to the Elohim Astrea: “Lock your cosmic circle and sword of blue flame around the cause and core of that condition.” Then see this circle of the sacred fire lock around the individual at the waist, around entire groups of individuals, around buildings, around entire cities, states, nations, and even around the earth at the equator. See this in your mind's eye as a ring of brilliant sapphire and diamond-flashing fire–its regular, almost geometric flames cutting away, like a buzz saw, layers and layers of discord and density. Then visualize the sword of blue flame as a pillar of blue fire perpendicular to the circle of blue flame, breaking the matrices of darkness, shattering force fields of disease, decay, and death. And above all, see the Elohim standing over each individual for whom you are praying, holding the sword of blue flame two inches from the spine and parallel to it.
This is the action whereby the Elohim demagnetize the being and consciousness of the individual of all anti-God, anti-Christ, and anti-Spirit manifestations, all sinister strategies of the fallen ones, and the serpentine energies of the carnal mind. Whenever and wherever you invoke the circle and sword of blue flame from the heart of Purity and Astrea, you can know with absolute certainty that an action of cosmic momentum is taking place.

Mother Shipton's Prophecies

Mother Shipton was born Ursula Sontheil in 1488 in a cave beside the river Nidd in North Yorkshire, England. Close by was an ancient well with supposeded mystical powers.

The woman who came to tend to her 15 years old mother, Agatha, spoke of a smell of sulphur and a great crack of thunder as the child came into the world. The baby was born mishapen and huge. Some thought her father was the devil. Her mother gave her up at age two and supposedly went to live in a convent for the rest of her life.
Mother Shipton exhibited prophetic and psychic abilities from an early age. Many feared her and her powers mystical powers, which she always used to help people.
She wrote her prophecies about events to come in the form of poems.
She lived in the time of Henry VIII of England predicted his victory over France in 1513 --"Battle of the Spurs". She prophesized the Dissolution of the Monasteries. This led to the redistribution of the wealth and land held by the monasteries to the emerging middle class and the existing noble families.
At 24 she married Toby Shipton, a carpenter. They had no children. She eventually became known as Mother Shipton a woman helped many people.
Her home town was in Knaresborough England. Her power to see into the future made her well known not only in her home town but throughout England.
Her legend was passed on through oral traditions sometimes embellished a bit. Since 1641 there have been more than 50 different editions of books about her and her propheices.
Many of her visions came true within her own lifetime and in subsequent centuries.
Mother Shipton predicted important historical events many years ahead of their time - the Great Fire of London in 1666, the defeat of the Spanish Armada in 1588 - as well as the advent of modern technology. She even forecast her own death in 1561. Today her prophecies are still proving uncannily accurate.
She wrote her prophecies like poems.
She died in 1561.

MOTHER SHIPTON PROPHECIES

And now a word, in uncouth rhyme
Of what shall be in future time
Then upside down the world shall be
And gold found at the root of tree
All England's sons that plough the land
Shall oft be seen with Book in hand
The poor shall now great wisdom know
Great houses stand in farflung vale
All covered o'er with snow and hail
A carriage without horse will go
Disaster fill the world with woe.
In London, Primrose Hill shall be
In centre hold a Bishop's See
Around the world men's thoughts will fly
Quick as the twinkling of an eye.

This is a critical time in the evolution of the planet, and it is imperative for each of us to begin reaching our highest potential. We need to do this in order to fulfill our purpose and reason for being. We must learn how to transmute the distorted thoughts, words, actions and feelings we created in the past. These human miscreations are now returning to us through our everyday life experiences. As these misqualified energies surface, they often wreak havoc in our lives and cause us much pain and suffering. This negative energy returns, not to plague us or punish us, but rather, it returns to give us the opportunity to transmute it back into its original perfection. In other words, it returns to be Loved free.
Scientifically, we know there is no destroying energy. We cannot simply say cancel, cancel and erase the past. We are blessed, however, by the fact that the Earth is in the midst of a unique experiment, and we are receiving assistance from On High beyond anything ever rendered to the Children of God in any system of worlds.
In the Earth's natural orbital process known as the Precession of the Equinox, we have moved into the forcefield of Aquarius. This constellation resonates with the Seventh Solar Aspect of Deity—the Violet Flame of Limitless Transmutation—which will be the predominate activity of Light on the Earth for the next 2,000 years.

My favorite support remedy is the most economical healing/maintenance all purpose technique that I know.

The following is recommended by the Ascended Master Saint Germain.

Salt is also known as the spiritual fire. Known and revered for its purification and rebirth, the symbol for salt is the same for water-a circle witha line through the center. In ancient days it was used to preserve food. It tastes like both blood and seawater, the symbols of the primordial womb. In Asia, the symbol for Earth is the cube, the form of crystal salt and the thrones of the gods usually had this shape. Salt was used in Egypt and middle eastern cultures to purify and concecrate altars and repel demons in Christian ceremonies.

This formula simulates seawater, the pH of a healthy body. Salt, from the alchemical point of view, is crystallized fire. It clears the energetic fields, and also reionizes the human body to a negative charge (as both the Earth and humans are). Iodine and dont forget this ingredient or you will feel really wiped out, raises the metabolic rate and transmutes negative qualified energy (the green root of iodine means VIOLET!). From a 4th dimensional perspective, iodine turns the water color violet, the color of transmutuation.

On a practical note, it clears your energy fields from "stuff" from others, as well as pulling doxins from your body. Health professionals, healers or those who deal with lots of people will especially benefit. Sometimes all you need for a quick pick-me-up is a trip to the local supermarket!

The ancient tradition of Druidry continues today and is experiencing a flourishing resurgence around the world. An Earth based faith, Druidry melds the love of sea, sky, and land with ritual, story telling, poetry, music, and the visual arts.
Druids are spiritual counselors and philosophers who offer guidance regarding the enigmas, conundrums, and problems of daily life. The spiritual lineage of Druidry spans thousands of years.
The cave initiations of Lascaux, France and Altamira, Spain, 25,000 years ago were mirrored around 3,000 BCE in the rebirth mounds of New Grange, Ireland. They speak to the heart, of the spiritual awakening of creativity after a period of immersion in the darkness of the void.
Scottish Druids and Bards trained this way for around another hundred years, and, one of the primary themes of Druid and Celtic spirituality continues to be the quest for spiritual transformation through creative manifestation.
Julius Caesar and other classical writers were the first to document Celts and Druids in current recorded history. At that time there was a great deal of crosspollination of the Greek and Roman cultures with the Celtic. The Celts already had a highly developed spirituality.

Help for those under Psychic Attack

Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed. A time for YOU. Handling unwanted reactions, emotions and thought patterns will change your life to one of balance, harmony, peace, joy, mastery and love.
Choose a particular reaction/emotion you have noticed you have. It needs to be brought to the surface again. If you need to help it along, you can imagine the scenario again, or a particular set of circumstances that you know will provoke this particular emotion in you.
Let the thought, reaction or emotion come up so you are experiencing it fully. Now visualise white light flooding through you and your entire aura as you hold that feeling. White light is a positive energy vibration that changes dense energy to light. Have the intention to bring the exact frequency of Light that is right and comfortable for you. If you wish, you can visualise a lovely golden flowing light. Let it pour down through you and your aura. We can all know how far out our aura extends. This includes our emotional and mental bodies. You don’t need to think about how far out it is. You just know. Remember that it would include a space in front, back, underneath and above you. You can ask the angels to assist you to release the specific emotion or thought pattern.
Then imagine the same scenario again to see if your reaction is gone. If it has not, let it come up to the surface again until you are feeling it. It may feel less severe as some of it may be released. Your goal is to no longer feel that reaction and stay calm, balanced and centred.
You can then imagine the scenario again to see if there are any other emotions or reactions coming up. There are often several or more things to handle from the one incident.
You stop doing this when you can imagine that person or situation and it produces no unfavourable response and you can stay calm, comfortable and peaceful.
Use the same procedure any time you wish to spend time on going within to handle your unwanted responses. Just bring to mind whatever type of situation you know will trigger a reaction or response in you.
When you have handled all reactions to any particular event, give the universe time to rearrange the events of your life.
Now you are in a centred and balanced place with love in your heart. Spirit is now in control. Now if any action is needed, it will be coming from a place of love and not from the reactions of your mind, emotions or ego. Now you can sense more clearly if it feels right for you to do something concerning the situation you attracted. It is very important to ensure at this point, you have truly let go of any decisions or judgements you made while you were still caught up in the emotions of the situation. Don’t carry them through, as this would affect your next move.
If you take time each day to release your own reactions, you will attract less and less disturbance into your life. Slowly, as all these buried trauma reactions are released; your life will become more and more balanced and joyful. Struggle, effort and hardship will be replaced by the most amazing sense of well being, fulfilment and joy. Love will return to your life.

New Children: Indigo/Rainbow/Crystal

Humanity continues to evolve. The latest generations of children have unique qualities that are helping the planet evolve into a space where Peace and Honesty reign, where Harmony between all living creatures is the norm, and where Cooperation is given and expected as we realize (or remember) that we are all connected to each other by Love.
The New Children are coming in groups with specific characteristics which help them fulfill their purpose. This purpose is to help the planet evolve spiritually by moving from the "old" energy of fear (greed, corruption, competition and stress) into the "new" energy of love (integrity, manifestation, and cooperation). Many names are emerging for the new lightworker children at this time, but here we will talk about the Indigo Children, the Crystal Children, the Cusp Children (combination of Indigo and Crystal), and the Rainbow Children.
The characteristics of most children being born today are quite unique and different from prior generations. The main difference between the new generations and the previous ones, is that these new children are becoming more and more connected to the Divine; they remember our spiritual connection. Even though each child expresses it in unique ways, as a group, they are a more intuitive, more telepathic, more sensitive generation.
The first of these groups, the Indigo Children, started coming into the planet en masse during the early 1970’s. Much has been written about them, about their characteristics and how to help them. Indigos’ main trait is their Warrior Personality, which is expressed as a strong temper and headstrong nature. Indigo young adults and children have been called the “System Busters” because they will not comply with systems which they intuitively know are dysfunctional and limiting.
Indigos have come into the world with a purpose to prove that rigid, archaic systems of education, government, parenting and healthcare do not work and to help usher in new and healthier patterns of human care and relationship.
For example, our schools are currently being challenged by the Indigos, who are creating an "educational" crisis to show us that our educational system needs to change. Another system that is being challenged by Indigos is the current medical system, who is misdiagnosing thousands of children with ADD/ADHD and medicating them.
Indigos also have an inner “truth” detector, which helps them KNOW when they are being lied to, manipulated or patronized. They have little tolerance for dishonesty and don’t know how to cope with what they believe are meaningless tasks and discussions. After all, their purpose is to teach others about the importance of speaking truthfully and living in harmony and integrity.
In a way, the Indigos have been "clearing the way" to make it easier for the next generations to come. Doreen Virtue, PhD, author of Care and Feeding of Indigo Children and The Crystal Children, states the approximate “dates of arrival” for the Indigo, Cusps, and Crystal Children,
“In general, Indigo Children are ages teen through 20’s however, there are exceptions. There are older Indigos (known as Indigo Scouts) and younger as well. But the largest number of Indigos came from 1975 through 1995. Around 1995, we started to see the shift to the new Crystal Children. The reason for determining whether your child is Indigo, Crystal, or a combination of these traits is to help you understand that your child’s characteristics have a spiritually-based origin and may lead you to further research techniques and tools to help your child (and yourself) with the challenges, as well as with, the gifts.
It is also important to recognize that we can help our children without the need to label them. Labels (positive and negative) put our children in boxes and create certain behavioral expectations that are disempowering. The names given to these children are just a way to help us recognize and categorize the traits observed in the latest generations. Your Intuitive Abilities

Everyone is intuitive doesn’t matter who you are we are all born with a varying degree of intuitiveness. Often we hear of a wife saying how she knew when her husband was in danger and though it was only a feeling it turned out to be true. Mothers have the same sense about their children. There are also moments in everyone’s life when they have a inner knowing not to go in a certain direction and how many of you have heard the phone ring and knew who was on the other end?
Having intuitive abilities is like being able to tune into television stations. The majority of people have those Rabbit Ear antennas that look like a big V and sit on top of the televisions set, some though have upgraded to cable so are able to get even more information and then there are people like Psychics and Mediums who have the big satellite dish and are able to get information beyond this world.
Whatever your intuitive abilities look like it is possible to increase your ability to tune in. I am not saying everyone can be a Medium or a Psychic because it doesn’t work that way. Just like everyone is not born to be a Doctor or a Lawyer or a Teacher not everyone’s purpose on that planet is to pass on messages from beyond. But you can increase your ability to hear your own guidance, you can learn how to shut the world of noise out so things become clearer, you can reach a place of spirit where it is possible to feel the presence of the Angels even if you do not hear them at first, you can gain greater insight into a life situation and be able to make more informed decisions about what pathway to chose. All these things are possible.
I am not an expert I can only share with you the knowledge I have gathered throughout my own journey, the wisdom of my guides, the Angels and the experiences shared by others on their journey.
What you must do is take the knowledge that is given in this workshop, build on it, add your own experiences to it, change and adapt the material to suit who you are and ask others on the same journey what has worked for them. There is no right way or wrong way there are only different ways and that is what makes this world of ours great.
Grounding
There are many ways to ground some as simple as walking in nature or visualizing a connection with Mother Earth or simply reading a book or working out in the garden. I have touched on this subject in our other course ‘Finding the greatness within’ so I won’t list the ways to ground again. But I will mention the symptoms of being ungrounded.
People are like electrical wires being charged by the energy in the environment and as any good electrician will tell you if you overload a system with too much energy it will eventually explode. That is why there is a wire specifically used to ground electrical units. And we as humans are no different we need to find a way of grounding ourselves so excess energy can be released.
Symptoms of being ungrounded
· Mind racing with a million thoughts
· Panic attacks
· Indecision
· The need to hurry
· Increased nervousness.
· Extremes in emotions
These are signs our body is starting to overload and we need to take time to ground ourselves.
If you do not feel like you can achieve a feeling of being grounded on your own perhaps seeking a mentor to help you may work or going to someone who is a legitimate Reiki healer (Always double check credentials). Sometimes it is a case of giving yourself time to find what works for you having some patience for the process and making a commitment to practice.
That is what the saying “To touch the stars we must feel the Earth beneath our feet” means to be grounded in this world.
No Mind ~ Meditation and the concept of letting go
Here I will share what my guides told me about the process of meditation and letting go of thoughts.
I was told to close my eyes and visualize sitting in the middle of a big Oak tree with those massive branches reaching to the heavens and the strong thick roots reaching down into the earth. Then after I could feel myself in the Oak tree these words came to me.
‘To touch the stars you must feel the Earth’
The Owl sits and allows itself to be still
Thoughts are allowed to come and go without attachment
Only when our minds are quiet
Can we see that which is before us
Allow all thoughts to come and go do not hold onto them
As they will become attached to your subconscious ego
Breath in from the stars Release to the Earth
Let go breath feel the thoughts come and go
Allow the quiet to settle around you
It will take time

As these roles in man’s life became obsolete so did his reliance on his senses

See the world around you using the senses that you have neglected

Eagle Feathers makes a very good point about seeing with your eyes closed. You will find most blind people have heightened senses and a greater level of intuitiveness than people who can see. Sitting with your eyes closed and trying to listen to the world with your other senses decreases your reliance on sight (the visual). Some people after sitting for a while doing this actually find themselves unaware of time and where they are some even enter a meditative state. But the real beauty of heightened senses is the world becomes a different place and you no longer rush unaware of that which surrounds you. I personally would start with this exercise of closing your eyes then move on to the traditional Meditation.
For a lot of people meditation is defined as a state of not having any thoughts but this is not the case. When I first started meditating I was so worried about not thinking any thoughts that my mind just filled with thoughts about not having thoughts!!!!
The trick is to let the thoughts come and go without being attached to them. To think of any thoughts that enter as little white clouds that you watch drift away. Eventually with practice you will find less and less thoughts entering and your mind will wander less…. keep in mind people who get to a stage of pure non attachment in meditation usually practice every day.
There are no rules with meditating its whatever works for you if a CD of whales singing makes you at peace then go for it, if nothing but a flickering candle makes the world disappear again go for it, if you have to sit on a chair, sit on a cushion, sit in a group whatever works for you. For me when I am sitting drawing I go into a mini meditative state unaware of everything but what I am doing. When I talk to my guides I sit with a single white candle no music and a say a prayer then I close my eyes and drift I have friends who use Buddhist chants again what ever works for you.
The goal in meditation is to have no goal or no expectations to let go of any attachments and just be
There are no time limits start off small and build up to longer or just do what feel right sometimes closing your eyes in the middle of a stressful day for five minutes can bring you back into balance and peace within
Meditation is the way most Psychics, Mediums connect with their Guides Angels or Higher Power.
If you find the process to frustrating find a group to meditate with or see if there is anyone who runs guided meditations. There are lots of groups who meet every month to simply meditate for world peace.
Keep in mind you may not connect with anybody during your meditations but do not let that put you off. Simply taking a moment to de-stress to find balance to bring calm into your life will make your vision clearer and give you greater insight into your life situations. You will become more in ‘tune’ with your surroundings and the people around you.
No mind state
To be of no mind state is to be completely at one with the universe. This is not the same as when athletes say they are in the “zone”, being in the zone is having total focus on one thing while being of no mind state is having no focus on anything it is the state of just being.
I am not a religious person in the church sense nor am I affiliated with any religious organization but I to get across the point of no mind it is useful to use a bible analogy.
When Jesus stated in the bible the words “I am” he was actually referring to being in a no mind state being one with everything. The Native Americans say the same thing “I am one with the trees I am one with the animals I am one with the rocks etc.”
When you are of no mind state there are no reactions no emotions no fears doubts you just are.

Submitting to the I don’t know is the releasing of ego the freeing of the soul it is the ultimate freedom. Only from emptiness can your body be filled.
As a Psychic/Medium when I am with someone and I am tuned in I am of no mind state. The divine energy comes through me I speak the words I have an awareness but I am not attaching anything to either what is being said or the person I am with.
“I am”
The reason I mention this state of ‘no mind’ is because it is when we are at our most intuitive and I might add peaceful.
It is the next rung of the ladder in meditation but it can also be that moment when you are completely in the now just being.
The advantage of being of no mind state is that you can see things with great clarity because there isn’t any B….S getting in the road no emotional attachment to outcomes no judgments no looking for agendas just what is
Why all these things are important
Part of tuning in or bringing forth the gift of insight is being able to let go of all the attachments we have.
Image a single Mother working full time trying to raise her children the best she can. Then imagine her thoughts as solid objects floating around her like small balls. There would be school meetings in a little ball, work commitments in another one, maybe issues with a mother or ex-husband in another one, money worries in another one and so on. Now picture this woman with all those little balls rotating around her like a mini hurricane do you think she is going to be able to see anything with absolute objectivity and clarity? Do you think she will be able to be at one with anything with all those balls floating around her?
Probably not.
That is why concepts like no mind, non attachment, releasing ego, meditation etc are important when it comes to being able to increasing your intuitiveness.
You are not going to be able hear your inner voice unless you can lessen the noise of the outside world and your ego self.
Ego self is that voice saying “How can you sit here meditating when there is so much else to do”
Your intuitive self
There are many articles on how to become more intuitive but most focus on increasing your psychic abilities. But that is not solely what being intuitive means.
Being intuitive is being able to recognize the person who walks into your life and is not the healthiest person to have around.
Being intuitive is being able to step back in arguments and see all sides objectively.
Being intuitive is having an awareness when the people you care about are hurting.
Being intuitive is being able to hear the inner voice over the ego voice.
Being intuitive is being able to hear that Angel voice that say “ not a good idea” or “ we are with you always”.
Being intuitive is being in tune with not only your own emotions and feelings but those of the people around you.
Being intuitive is being able to make informed choices rather than ones based on emotion and past ‘stuff’.
Ultimately these things are going to be more useful to you than knowing who is on the other end of the telephone when it rings or what card will be turned over next.
So what can you do to be more tuned in?
Try automatic writing. Light a candle say a prayer ask for guidance ask for all things to come in unconditional love divine light and for your highest good and write what ever comes into your head. At the very least this will allow you to clear your mind of thoughts and you may even start to tune into your inner voice.
Meditate. Find what works for you. Try and get into the habit of meditating at a set time and day. But do not be anal about it. Even a walk along the beach or around the neighborhood or a quite moment with a good book and a cup of tea are all forms of bringing your body down into a peaceful state.
Let go and let God as they say. What this means is do not try and change the world in a day. Change what you can change and accept there are just some things you can’t change. Let go of outcomes let go of expectations. Be at peace with who you are and where you are in your life. Live in the moment do not allow your ego self to take you into a future that hasn’t even been created yet.
Learn about yourself who you are if you know yourself you have no need to worry about what other people think about you or worry about the future because you know what you want and where you want to be and you are happy with all in your world as it is. Happy and grateful.
Fill up your spiritual toolbox.
Go to classes. Join a group. Read up on things which interest you. Find a mentor.
Learn different ways to meditate to tune in try a Reiki class etc.
The thing most people do not realize is everything is meant to be simple. The higher power whoever and what ever you perceive him/her/it to be did not set out to turn tuning in into an exam. That was humans looking to set themselves up as ‘experts’ so they could make a lot of money by saying listen to me ‘I know’.
I know people who talk to Angels and it is simply faith and belief that allows them to do so. They are able to let the outside noise die down and then they listen for the Angel Whisper and they are able to do that simply because they believe it will come.
I hear my guides speak to me when I am with a person because I am able to let go of ego mind and attachment and be of no mind. Did it take a while to get to that stage absolutely but it was not a complicated process but a simple one of perseverance, trust and commitment.
Conclusion
To find your intuitive self you first have to get to know who you are.
You have to find out what you want and where you want to be.
And in this process of finding out who you are you will let go of all attachment to the past to old dreams lost hopes past hurts grudges they will start to fall away and as they do you will start to see with greater clarity you will start to hear a voice an inner voice of spirit that is your heart song.
There are no party tricks when it comes to finding your intuitive self. And all those exercises designed to “bring out the psychic in you” are useless if you cannot be of a no mind state can’t sit in the now, can’t have empathy for others and let your own stuff go.
I am a Medium and a Psychic but I still have to live and breathe in the ‘real’ world still have stuff to deal with and again knowing who is going to walk into the room next doesn’t help me very much in the middle of an argument with my partner, doesn’t make any money problems disappear, doesn’t take away an abusive childhood.
What does help though is being able to step back and shut out the noise and hear the voice of spirit. My guides and the Angels do not give me answers but the help me gain clarity and balance.
If you want to find your intuitive self find out who you are why you react certain ways why things are triggers for you what things work to bring you into a state of peace. Nurture yourself in body mind and spirit.
That is what bring forth the gift of insight is.
It is bringing forth the knowledge of inner self and letting go of ego self.
It is knowing who we are at the core of our being.
Being psychic is great but that is only a small part of who I am and knowing all the parts that make me who I am is for me the true gift of insight.

Spiritual Antidote

“Each of the seven rays in which light is decomposed is a concentrated action of the light of God having a specific color and frequency resulting in a specific action in body, mind and soul. The violet flame is the specific of the Holy Spirit, the antidote, that dissolves the delusions of the pseudo self and even the laws of old age and death. It is the fulfillment of the prophecy of God’s own law of transmutation.

“All problems of the economy, the ecology and the government can be resolved if you will take only ten minutes each day to go within and to find your own God Self; to meditate and to use the science of the Spoken Word whereby you chant the mantra of the free:

“I AM A BEING OF THE VIOLET FIRE
I AM THE PURITY GOD DESIRES !”

“This is a mantra or decree which I give as an initiation into the Aquarian Age. The sacred name "I AM" releases the fire locked in the nucleus of the permanent atom of Self. Remember when Moses was on the mountain and there was a bush that burned but was not consumed and then God called to him out of the midst of the burning bush? Moses understood God as fire. But at the precise moment that God reveals himself as the energy, as that flaming flame, at that moment the Lord God steps right through that energy and becomes a person talking with Moses face-to-face. The energy speaks. It becomes an identity, an individuality, the very person of the Holy Spirit.

Comte de St. Germain’s words did not sound in any physical sense but were felt as coming from within. As he was just talking or, better, projecting on us these last words, small bodies of light moved across the tent just like the cloven tongues that hovered over the apostles’ heads at Pentecost. We felt more illumined, higher, lighter and, with an increase of our auras, felt the magnetism of a Cosmic influx. We knew that we were receiving the Cosmic Spirit that descended upon the supplicants for initiation in the ancient Egyptian temples. I knew also that this violet flame was an energy of mercy, forgiveness and transmutation. And instantly realized that in a previous reincarnation in Egypt I was a member of the Secret Brotherhood and had used the power of this mystical flame.

“The space between the electron and the fiery nucleus is known as ‘virgin’ or ‘hollow’ space. It is filled with the pulsating energy of the Holy Spirit. It is essence, an essence of God. We are constantly using this vital essence that is between the electrons and the nucleus of the atom. We are constantly qualifying that energy, stamping it with the impressions of our minds and hearts. And this is how densification occurs. You can imagine filling the space between the electrons with molasses, a sticky astral glue that blocks the flow of light from the Macrocosm of God to the microcosm of man. The dual action of the sacred fire in the center of the atom and in the violet flame without establishes a force field that causes the untransmuted densities to be dislodged from between the electrons. As this substance is loosed, the electrons begin to spin more rapidly in their orbits and by centrifugal force it is thrown into the violet flame. On contact with this fiery essence of freedom’s flame, the disqualified energy is transmuted into its native purity, its archetypal blueprint.

“There is a "giving" and "taking" or interactive flow between God and man. This flow is the return to the Source of energy so that Source can release more energy. As the last prayer was felt in my heart I saw a white dove in its silvery, radiant, mother-of-pearl suffusing glow, a misty essence hovering above our heads and being clearly perceived by those prepared to understand the message. The presence of the dove over heads and shoulders was indicative of the advancement of those members who had attained the highest degrees of initiation. The ascended masters now returned to the center of the tent and united, disappeared in the mist. I asked myself this question: "Did everybody hear St. Germain's message, or was it just me?" We had a half an hour of meditation. In my meditation I saw myself “in a pillar of swirling opalescent rainbow spirals”. Cosmic impressions of different nature came to other members according to their personal missions. Then we united in the prayers with the Imperator and close this most unusual ceremony.
Due to the sacredness of the hour some members instead of heading to their sleeping tents wandered miles away in solitude, even some preferred to stretch out on the open sands and there sleep until morning. I wandered too in the distance while in my head I replayed this prayer over and over:

“I AM the flame of resurrectionBlazing God’s pure light through meNow I AM raising every atom,From every shadow I AM free !
I AM the light of God’s full presence,I AM living ever free. Now the flame of Life eternal Rises up to victory !”

Violet Flame Meditiation Part I:

How the Violet Flame Works

The electromagnetic spectrum is composed of varying frequencies or wavelengths that include radio waves, infrared radiation, ultraviolet rays, X-rays, gamma rays, cosmic rays, as studied in the Rosicrucian cosmic keyboard. The visible sunlight is but a tiny portion of this electromagnetic spectrum. Of this visible light the violet is the highest frequency of shortest wavelength and is at the limit or point of transition to the other "invisible" spectrum of spiritual inner divine light and as such it transcends to a spiritual, rather than physical phenomenon. In Rosicrucian teachings the manifestation of this violet light in the aura is regarded as a result of high advancement of the student on The Path(1) As the physical sunlight, this divine light is also decomposed or refracts into seven rays, each with its own specific qualities and served by an Ascended Master. This divine light, decomposed in the seven rays, is described by esoteric researcher Helena Petrovna Blavatsky.
The Violet Flame when invoked is able to flush out the physical body and aura of toxins and chemicals, physical viruses, drugs and pollution. Emotional problems and distressing experiences of early childhood or of past lifetimes, scars of old hurts, fear and anxiety, karma, hatred and other negative emotions can be transmuted using properly this technique. This flame works by increasing the vibratory rate at which the electrons move in the atom. As stated in the Rosicrucian teachings all is vibration or frequency and every person (or living being) can be defined by a number which represents its rate of vibration. By changing the vibration of the physical or emotional bodies the other bodies by sympathetic actions follow suit. And so the vibrations of the individual as a whole are "raised" or transmuted to a higher state. This technique guards a close similarity to Rosicrucian visualizations to heal others or the planet practiced regularly in lodges and chapters and as such can be rated as a variation of these practices with a different focus or form but with same final aim.
Atoms have mostly "empty" or "hollow" space between the electrons and the nucleus. This space is filled with the pulsating energy of the Holy Spirit that is being constantly qualified and stamped with the impressions of our hearts and minds thus creating a densification of this energy. The lower negative emotions and thinking create a substance of lower vibratory rate between nucleus and electrons that slows down the free movement of the electrons. Hatred and other negative thoughts and feelings actually create acids (excess amount of phosphoric acid, uric acid and carbonic acid gases) that the body cannot assimilate. Hence the density of disease persists within the atomic orbit. Humankind has been doing this for hundred of thousands of years. With the practice of visualization on the Violet Flame, by energy transmutation, the vibrations of the hallow space increase so that the electrons can move faster. This increase of speed at the atomic level is in direct proportion to the increase of the interchange of the energy between the Source to the individual and back to the Source, the "giving" and the "taking"
During the meditation and visualization the flame of the almighty Mother/Father God I AM Presence wraps each atom individually. Instantaneously, a polarity is set up between the white fire core of the atom —which, being matter, assumes the negative pole— and the white fire core of the flame —which, being Spirit, assumes the positive pole. The dual action of the sacred fire in the center of the atom and in the violet flame without establishes a force field that causes the untransmuted densities to be dislodged from between the electrons. As this substance is loosed, the electrons begin to spin more rapidly in their orbits and by centrifugal force the dross substance is thrown into the violet flame. On contact with this fiery essence, the disqualified energy is transmuted into its native purity, its archetypal blueprint.
The Violet Flame meditation was known to the Egyptian mystery schools and to the Neo-Platonist predecessors of medieval alchemy. According to Neo-Platonist, "the Philosopher's Stone was a self-transforming fire that would lead their souls upward, by drawing up to the Spirit all qualities which dragged downward and opposed the spiritual essence" (2). This was the pursue of the Alchemists of the Spirit, not just to transmute the base metals into gold, but to raise the soul to a pristine state of communion with the Divinity, a state of Oneness and immortality, the gold of the Christ Consciousness.

St. Germain's gift of the Violet Flame

The violet flame is the essence of one of the "seven rays." Just as a ray of sunlight passing through a prism is refracted into the seven colors of the rainbow, so spiritual light manifests as seven rays. Each ray has a specific color, frequency and quality of God's consciousness. The violet ray is known as the seventh ray.
When you invoke it in the name of God, it descends as a beam of spiritual energy and bursts into a spiritual flame in your heart as the qualities of mercy, forgiveness, justice, freedom and transmutation.
Saint Germain is known as the Lord of the Seventh Ray. Each time we pray to him, he brings us many gifts of the Spirit-his joy, diplomacy and creativity. He can inspire us with his innovations in science, literature, religion, government, philosophy, education, healing, alchemy and other fields.
For almost seventy years, Saint Germain has been preparing us to enter into the age of Aquarius, an era of peace, freedom and enlightenment. He appeared to Guy Ballard in the early 1930s and gave him the first teaching on the violet flame.
Saint Germain said that after centuries of keeping the knowledge of the violet flame secret, the Masters had decided to release its use to the public during this crucial time. Saint Germain has said, "The use of the violet consuming flame is more valuable to you and to all mankind than all the wealth, all the gold and all the jewels of this planet." (The Voice of the I AM January 1941 p.20)
The violet flame works a little like soap. Soap gets dirt out of your clothes by using the positive and negative charges of atoms. It works because each of its molecules has two sides-a side that is attracted to dirt and a side that is attracted to water. The dirt-loving side attracts the dirt, like a magnet attracts paper clips when it is dragged through a box of them. The water-loving side sticks to the water, carrying the dirt with it.
When we invoke the violet flame, it sets up a polarity between the nucleus of the atom and the white-fire core of the flame. The nucleus, being matter, assumes the negative pole; the white-fire core of the violet flame, being Spirit, assumes the positive pole.
The interaction between the nucleus of the atom and the light in the violet flame establishes an oscillation. This oscillation dislodges the densities that are trapped between the electrons orbiting the nucleus. As this hardened substance that weighs down the atom is loosened, it is thrown into the violet flame and carried away.
But unlike soap, the violet flame does not simply surround and remove the debris; it transforms it into pure light-energy. Freed of this debris, the electrons begin to move more freely, thus raising our vibration and propelling us into a more spiritual state of being.
People do notice a spiritual and physical difference when they use the violet flame. But what actually happens when we repeat the words of a violet-flame decree?
I can give you two perspectives on this-the spiritual perspective as it has been revealed to me by the Ascended Masters and a scientific perspective based on recent developments in physics and medicine. Both explanations involve the concept of vibration.
In physics, vibration is the speed at which something moves back and forth, or oscillates. As I understand it, at a spiritual level vibration is also the rate of spin of the electrons as they move around the nucleus of the atom. As we will see, these definitions may not be far apart.
We each have four bodies that are envelopes of our soul: (1) the physical body, which we can see and touch; (2) the desire, or astral, body, which contains our emotions; (3) the mental body, which is our conscious mind; and (4) the etheric, or memory, body, which contains the memories of all of our past lives. The violet flame works on these four lower bodies by changing the rate of their vibration.
Saint Germain has given us the violet-flame decree:
"I AM a being of violet fire! I AM the purity God desires!" (listen to this decree in Real Audio format)
When you recite this and other violet-flame decrees, the violet flame permeates every cell and atom of your body, into your mind, your emotions, your subconscious and your memory.
What does the violet flame do when it permeates your atoms? The Masters have given the following explanation.
We all know that atoms are mostly empty space. If an atom were the size of a basketball, its nucleus would still be too small for our eyes to see. Yet 99.9 percent of the mass of the atom is concentrated in the nucleus, leaving the rest of that basketball as empty space, inhabited solely by electrons, which weigh very little. All that empty space between the nucleus and the edge of the atom is where discord and negative energy can become stuck.
At the cellular and molecular level, this substance appears as dust, soot, tar or even cement. The Masters have used the illustration of someone taking a pail of molten tar and pouring it over a barrel full of marbles. The space between the marbles gets gummed up by the tar running down, and soon the whole mass is welded together.
The Masters tell us that when our physical and spiritual bodies become clogged by negative energy and karma, it slows down the vibration of the electrons in our four lower bodies. We then begin to resonate more with negativity and less with the pure cosmic energy that comes from our God Presence, and eventually we can become ill. The more substance there is in our four lower bodies, the lower our rate of vibration and the more burdened we become. Spiritually, this is why people die.
If you have studied acupuncture and yoga, you know that optimum health comes when spiritual energy is flowing freely through our bodies. When karmic substance solidifies, it's like the hardening of the arteries of our spiritual bodies. When we resonate with this negativity, we will gradually become it unless we do something to turn ourselves around.
The violet fire transmutes anything negative that is lodged anywhere in your spiritual or physical being. This includes everything from kernels of self-hatred to physical viruses. When the violet flame goes to work, it passes through the clogged spaces between the electrons and the nuclei. It ejects these particles of dense substance from your body and dissolves them. This process transmutes the negative energy into positive energy and restores it to its native purity.

BUDDHA AND ME 'The Alien Dachshund'

January 1993 - As I sat to meditate, Loreli my little longhaired dachshund came to sit with me. A seven year old ex-show girl, kennel dog, and brood bitch - she had been with us for only a few months. Everytime someone came to visit she would race through the house shouting "the aliens are coming, the aliens are coming!" Eventually it dawned on me she was the alien! Now, very gently - so very gently, she touched my arm and gazed hesitantly into my eyes. Would she speak? Tightly I held her -I merge with this one in my arms, I merge and unite with her at heartlevel. I see her bright, bright eyes peering out of her little pointed face. It is Loreli's face and yet - it is merged with the picture of an alien on the front cover of Sedona Journal of Emergence (Vol 2 No 12). Loreli's bright black eyes merge into the great blue ones in the painting and I call forth the Holy Christ Self of Loreli - if there is such a thing. My spine tingles and words come:
"In this case there is - and this one comes to you in gentleness, and this one comes to you in love. And this one comes in trust that it would be taken care of and protected, and given a base from which to operate, to perform its task in canine form. No dog is this one - from the far, far distant star systems she comes. Through the Pleiadies yes, but not from.
Her race is a race of very gentle beings who are not familiar with the human form - being contained within the human form, and thus it is she appears wild and uncontrollable at times. It is hard for her to adjust, to contain her energies in such a very small and compact frame. No great frame has she herself in her own domain, but she and her kind have the capabilities of expanding it, expanding their sensations so that they feel they are vast beings - as indeed they are.
They expand themselves, and merge with one another in their expanded state and operate as one, retracting to their individual form, their individual selves to go about their daily business, their daily lives. And this expanded form, this merged essence - might be described as community living. And so it is hard for her to remain continually in the contracted form without the release of the expansion, the merged essence. In her dream state of course she is free, otherwise it would be impossible for her to hold to this pattern without shattering.
Her job? To assist - as all have come, to assist. She was the one who volunteered and was chosen to be an extension of this system. What is her focus? What did she come to do? To be here. To be here. We want to help too was their hearts desire, we want to help, too. And so we sent our best and finest and purest of heart - to dwell amongst you and raise your consciousness by our presence. To raise your vibrations through feeling our love. (And so great was the Love I felt, that emotion overcame me, and the tears flowed copiously down my cheeks)
We have no gallant battle to play, to fight - for we see your fights as play, destructive play - and we hoped that by living amongst you we could awaken the joy of living in you, teach you to express the gaiety and freedom that is the inherent right of each - by watching our gaiety and joyfulness, our freedom of expression, our dance through life. We thought perhaps you might take note and join us, and share with us our enthusiasm, our appreciation and our love for the life our Creator has given to us, to you - to all who are in form. To all who have consciousness.
This one has spoken.
She has the support of her own kind - beamed to her you might say. This is the only way we can present a picture to you of how she receives the support of her own kind. No, they have not incarnated upon your Earth before, and never - or if so, very rarely, as an experiment, in human form. It would be too hard for them. It would be too hard. They can only come in a loving form that must also receive constant love in order for it to exist. Without this love, this replenishment, they would simply fade away and not be.
Her team - for her team you might say is stationed upon the Pleaides, the support team with which she is in contact in her sleep, send blessings to you and give thanks that you care for one of us in such a loving manner. Allow her to express this love - our love, her freedom - our freedom, to choose with whom and where we may exchange our joy in as many ways as possible, and she shall fulfill our hopes. The hopes of her community, her homeland, her own land."
Me: And so I ask of you, her team. Help her to stay fit and healthy. Help her to maintain a perfect physical form. And when the time comes for her to return to you, I ask that you take her in peace. Take her in love, without pain to her or me. This I ask - that when she withdraws her essence from this physical frame, it also shall be in gentleness and love. I thank you.
Them: "Be assured that when the time comes we shall withdraw her essence with great gentleness. We shall help her slip out of her form as she sleeps, in great peace and joy at our reunion, at her welcome home. She shall be given such a mighty (floods again) welcome when she returns to her homeland. And Loreli, her name - expresses the quality of her essence so well. We thank you, and offer you the blessings of her people - and we withdraw our energies."
It seemed they didn't quite know how to end. The word 'people' wasn't right, but 'beings' didn't seem right either. I really didn’t know what they were. Actually, I had a sense of BUGS! As time went by, I thought of Loreli as ‘my little space gnome’, and she became a major participant in our animal communications workshops. She coordinated the energies, she orchestrated our exercises, we quoted ‘what Loreli said'. Finally, I knew and acknowledged her as a Master Teacher. Angelic in origin - miniature long-haired dachshund by earth birth.
August 1999 - Loreli, my precious treasure, my little dancing girl, developed an extremely fast growing, and totally unexpected, abdominal tumor. It was the second time in less than six months I had to make that seemingly impossible decision - to call the vet. Beloved Tiggy was nearly 18, and it took me that many months to decide the day of her departure. But Loreli was only 14 years old. And in my heart I felt that Loreli was not ‘complete’. Before she went, she had something to teach. How could I ask the vet to ‘put her to sleep’ if Loreli was not complete? And the vet indicated that the tumor would rupture within a week. For days I was in dilemma. Finally I thought I got it. It seemed that what Loreli needed to be complete, was for me to make the decision!
And so, Doctor Connie returned to Sananda, and in great Love, held by me, surrounded by her human and animal friends, with the wind chimes softly blowing and the crystals dancing their rainbow lights upon her - Loreli’s spirit was released in peace and gentleness. The previous night, much to my astonishment, the Gnomes in the garden had told me, ‘we want Loreli’. And so, her tiny body was wrapped in great mounds of fresh Rosemary and laid to rest beneath an abundance of soft pine needles in the Gnome Sanctuary. Later, the Gnomes gave me images of themselves with little wheelbarrows, busily and with much excitement, taking great and long anticipated treasures from Loreli’s sweet body. On the first day, when I walked down to the Pines to place a crystal upon her heart, I found Lorna was already there, sitting on top of the freshly turned needles. Although she still had her granddaughter Candace, Lorna grieved quietly and much for her beloved little companion. The homeopathic remedy of Ignacia seemed to help.
And then, a couple of days later, I thought some more. Is that right?! Did I really ‘get it’? What did I get?! Calling Lorna and Candace to join me, we went to the Gnome Sanctuary. OK Loreli, what were you trying to teach me? Did I get it right? Is there more?
“It was the lesson of acceptance. Accepting your responsibility with grace and gratitude. You did so for Tiggy, but you did so reluctantly. You wished her to do this for herself. (I had wanted and hoped and wished that Tiggy would just die in her sleep) But it was your responsibility. Therefore is it your responsibility, the responsibility or duty of all, to release us, those who Serve in animal form, from Service, from bondage - the bondage of Love, when the job is complete.”
Silently I gasped, Oh, Loreli! That’s a big one.
“Yes. And it’s a ‘big one’ that we come in the first place. We would not be here were it not for your need. This I teach you, that you may teach others. I AM Loreli - in Love.”
January 2000 - I found these notes, scribbled high in the Rila Mountains of Bulgaria last August. Before I knew that Loreli would be leaving too. Before she was to give me another message about responsibility - I had totally forgotten this one. How many times must we hear the same thing over and over before we truly get it? I had asked Loreli and Lorna and Candace, for their view, the dog’s view, of Tiggy’s departure - and my part, my decision, in all of this. Loreli spoke for all:
“We were waiting for you to let Tiggy go. We could only hold the space for you to take your queue. As actors on a stage, the next line was yours. We all knew this and Tiggy too. She did what she could to prompt your action.” For eighteen months, Tiggy had innumerable near death experiences!
But why? Why did I have to make this choice? Why couldn’t Tiggy just float off with the fairies?
“She was teaching you, with our support, to make decisions and be responsible for your creations. For Tiggy’s life was your creation. She came in answer to your heart’s call. To be sure other factors are involved, but this is the bottom line - she answered the call of your heart, for one such as she.”
So what about when Tiggy first came? At that time, I had been told that I had opened the door, and Heidi (see The Ascension of Heidi) had put forth the call.
“Opening the door means opening the heart. Your heart said - I have a need, and Heidi said - I know where it is! Gretel and Heidi and Tiggy all taught different lessons. Gretel brought trust, the importance of knowing what you want. Heidi taught the knowing of honoring your intuition, and Tiggy taught the knowing of being responsible, of allowing life its Freedom. Tiggy could go any time she chose, but she chose to teach - through selfless Service and Love for you. She chose to empower you by the strength attained in making your own choice. This strengthened her too. For it took much courage and strength to hold that Silver Cord, that River of Life connected. Your love helped and strengthened her of course, when it grew frail and worn - it strengthened her determination to help you learn this lesson of detached love, rather than clinging love.”
What can I say? Thank you Tiggy. Forgive my reluctance to learn. And I had the perception of all the little dogs bouncing around laughing - happy that at last I have accepted what I know.
April 2000 - Since Loreli went, it is amazing how many people phone me, in tears because their precious animal has a tumor - either died of one or has reached the point of decision. Rather than tune into their own animal, I am guided to share Loreli’s story. And I council all to make a tribute, in whatever manner comes to them. One page or a small journal (my dogs always want an entire booklet!) Place upon it a photo or drawing of the animal and surround it with precious memories. Ask others to share their own happy thoughts. I was deeply touched by a card bearing the words ‘somewhere in Virginia, a tree has been planted in Loreli’s name’. Above all, in Love and Gratitude - remember the happy times, the joy this animal shared with you. It can use this joy now, to dance more lightly, to fly ever higher.
Loreli usually comes when called. She is very busy. She is working with people in their dreams, their meditations.
Who do you work with Loreli? I ask.Anybody who has ever seen my picture or heard my name, she replies.
I am so grateful, so very grateful, to both my precious Tiggy and darling Loreli. For all they gave me, for all they taught me. Tiggy taught me to make that oh, so difficult decision. To take charge, to be responsible. So that part was much easier with Loreli, even though the decision had to be made quickly, according to the medical reports. The agony with Loreli was, knowing she was ‘not complete’, and not knowing what she needed to be complete. She wanted me to ‘get it’, to move into and claim my power, to know that it’s OK to make these decisions, quickly and easily, without agonizing over it. Always, of course - in Love and Light and in accordance with the highest good for all. Honoring the joy, the love and companionship of all that has been.
